I've ran into all kinds of problems from $#*! being out of stock 3 times in a row to running out of stock on pre-ordered items and sizes, shipping out 6 months after the supposed date and never refunding until I got PayPal claims involved (oh, suddenly when PayPal asks, they refund a lot faster!) Their markup is like 40% and totally a wreck of customer service. Their mysterious "boss" will always delay refunds for months so don't bother, download the picture of their product and image search on taobao to buy at a shopping service instead, don't spend your money there because they bribed a few YouTube with free products

Tip for consumers:
Download the image of the product you want and image search on taobao (camera button on search bar) and use a shopping service instead, devilinspired won't refund you so use PayPal protection if you have to buy from them

Ordered things over a year ago and they stopped replying

Pre-ordered something, and then a month later got an email saying it was sold out. How is that possible? Also when asked for refund, she only sent the item refund, and didn't refund the shipping fee. > :( Still waiting on reply on the shipping.
