Thanks for using our platform to buy your records and CDs Don. Our feedback system rates sellers on lots of different criteria which culminates with a seller star rating. The seller's Fill Rate is a big part of the star rating since no one likes to order from a seller only to be told later that the item isn't available. So always select sellers with high fill ratings first. Luckily that isn't too hard to do since we have so many great sellers on MusicStack. Thanks for the great feedback.

Said each seller on our platform is independent and responsible for the how the transaction goes. It is best to look at each sellers feedback ratings and stats to see how they have performed with other buyers and that will give a good indication of how they will perform with you. Thankfully most all sellers on our platform are great sellers who will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. And in the few rare instance where that doesn't happen you can always file for a dispute with PayPal to get your money back.
