Hi i placed an order over a month ago, the status of this order is awaiting payment even though paypal confirms this has been paid, i have sent numerous messages to the seller but cannot get a reply, is there anything further i can do ?

Mark, you paid PayPal for the price of the items you ordered plus their shipment to you, You did not make your payment to MusicStack, Therefore you should contact PayPal about the fact that you have not received the items you ordered. There could be a temporary communication delay between PayPal and MusicStack. It is PayPal (not MusicStack) that holds your payment until the seller informs it that the items in your order were shipped to you.
