hi just found your site, interested in a few cd and albums from members but thrown off a bit about some peps experiences. Very bad experiences, paying for items and then never receiving them???? and a few about bad customer support??? I would like to give you the opportunity to let me know what safeguards you have in place? thanks

Betsi T. Is correct. If you ever have a problem with seller, I (Dave Stack) will help make sure you get the resolution you are looking for or your money back from the seller. Since 1997 we have help millions of buyers get the music they have been looking for and I can easily say that 99.99% of all transactions have been positive and gone according to plan, and those that didn't the buyer got their money back.

There are good and bad sellers on every site. I wish that weren't true, but there you go! Musicstack is NOT a conglomerate, which means that the owner, Dave Stack, can look into problems personally.

I hope you choose to purchase your next album(s) from Musicstack. It's a great site!
