I've never heard where a the billing department doesn't have a contact phone number. I requested a refund but got an email saying my account can be frozen. I asked to speak with the billing department and I was told the billing department doesn't have a phone number. I find this ridiculous and appalling, there were multiple attempts to charge my account after I made the payment. My bank had to cancel my card immediately and cancel my account. The person I was chatting with said they only correspond via email how absurd. I don't know if I'll ever get my refund but anyone looking to purchase from this company please stay away. Bunch of scammers.

Dont buy it!

Dont buy this product. It does not do what it promises or what they promise. I made the installation 3 times. Although I followed all the steps, the antivirus of the mobile was detecting the app and was warning the owner of the device. I got in touch with live chat, but they could not help. Nothing could be done. I requested my money back, but of course they said that they cannot refund! DONT BUY IT

You must know what you child sees online

No refund

Paid for the application to use it that particular moment. Finally after talking with 3 differennt people the app was activated after 3-4 days. I asked for a refund because it was not my fault the delay of activation but they refused. I have all the emails of communication with those idiots if someone wants proof.

Don't walk away, RUN! Horrible customer service, try to reach out over a dozen times,
No reply, if you pay the membership fee, there is NO technical support to help you included, you
Have to pay for help installing your app, then after frustration, if you try to cancel your membership to
Request a refund, you have to send 10 emails and they put you in a que to refund, well its been 10 days
And no one replies they are waiting for the 14 days free trial to expire so they tell you. " im sorry
You don't qualify for a refund"
Dealing with my credit card company now to dispute my charge in hope i get my money
Back! By far the worst company I've ever dealt with.

The comment they posted to apologize and them giving my refund only came after my review gained more and more viewers. It took months and months of emails and phone calls and posting reviews on as many sites as possible to get them to do the right thing. It should not have taken such a campaign for me to get the refund I deserved. Save yourself the trouble and don't give them your money.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS
PEASE do not be fooled by these people. I was looking for an app that would monitor Snapchat on an IPhone without jailbreaking the phone. After hours of online research I found mspy. Many people had written about it being a good choice and capable of doing what I needed. The people that wrote these things must have been working for mspy, because they lied. On the mspy web page blog there was a post by mspy giving people specific directions to set up to monitor Snapchat on an Iphone without jailbreaking. In addition I went to the mspy chat and asked specifically if mspy is capable of doing this... the response was yes. I figured this was enough confirmation and gave them my money for a one year subscription. What followed was days of me trying to set this up on the target phone and MANY calls and online chats. It would not monitor a single thing on the phone even aside from Snapchat. Finally in another chat I again asked for help and finally got the truth in response. They told me that mspy is not able to monitor Snapchat without jailbreaking the phone. I went through the online procedures to explain how they mislead me and requested a refund. I received a reply saying they would not refund my money because my reason was classified as a personal dislike of the app and not covered under their refund policy. I finally was able to get a person on the phone and told him what the email said and explained to him that it was not a personal reason... it was the result of them scamming me into buying something I could not use. The person on the phone said that I already had their response and he couldn't help me but I could email them again. I told him I had been getting ignored and put off for a week and needed to speak to his supervisor. A supervisor named Alex called me and explained everything AGAIN. At first he said he had no record of the original chat saying yes (before I purchased meaning yes it would do what I needed) so they would not refund. Then I said even if that's true what about the false directions posted telling people how to monitor without jailbreak? He said if I could send a screenshot of this he would process the refund. I sent the screenshot. I received a reply that said it was still a personal reason but they would offer me a 30% refund and I could still use the software to monitor the device for the length I purchased. I guess they forgot that I told them IT NEVER MONITORED ANYTHING ON THE PHONE! To this lame offer I responded:
This is NOT acceptable. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I spoke with Alex on the phone. I was lied to by your chat person and the website that this would monitor Snapchat without jailbreak before I bought it. After days of not being able to get this to work I was told it would not work without jailbreak. You are liars and scammers. I have spent weeks trying to get you to do the right thing with emails and phone calls and you keep giving lame excuses and trying to avoid accepting responsibility. Alex told me when I provided the screenshot proving you mislead people online he would move forward with my refund. Instead you offer me 30% and the ability to continue using it to monitor... THIS NEVER WORKED... I AM NOT ABLE TO MONITOR ANYTHING! UNBELIEVABLE! If you do not give me the full refund I will post everything I mentioned here on every possible review site I can and report you to Better Business, Consumer Affairs, and anywhere else I can to warn people away from your lies and scams. I will post the screenshot where you lied and the chat where you tell me I can't use it without jailbreak. Refund my FULL amount! They then sent an offer of 70%. I demanded full. Then they sent a message that I would receive "less than 9%" due to various fees.

Now they are ignoring me. I have sent 2 more emails asking for the status of my refund and have gotten nothing. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Did not care for the program and requested refund multiple times only to be offered extended membership, place membership on hold for a month and then told that they will not refund because I agreed to the refund policy. Their refund policy basically includes every single reason that a person would want a refund and states that those reasons cannot be refunded. Scam of a business, horrible customer service, would NEVER recommend this app to anyone. Go to Bark, so much better and way better customer service, and if you don't like the way the product works, don't worry, you can get a refund.

Wasting money and time

I was informed my device should be alright to monitor snapchat otherwise i can request a refund. I purchased the 1 year and tried everything as per requested by mspy team but nothing worked and the answer was that I cant monitor snapchat on iso. I requested a refund so many times but they wont refund me and ask me to read their policy. I was traped from them. They are hopeless!

Scam Alert

I purchased this with hopes of finding my step son and they offered a promotion of 11.67 for starting today if you did the 12 month promotion and then139.99 the following month if you did not cancel prior to renewal. I contacted them immediately letting them know i needed a refund as It was an error paying for this when I seen they charged me the full $139.99 up front. They emailed me a receipt saying something totally different saying the discount went from 199.99 to 139.99. The customer service rep Alice was not pleasant and said she would send a refund request but that it may take 7 days. I explained i needed the funds back sooner because after further reading their services does not advertise as they stated. You have to put an app on the person your tracking in order for this to work. Either way Alice kept trying to offer more services than refunding me. When i said I was reporting this to the BBB she got rude and very smart with me. I want my refund.

Don't buy this product

I installed the product correctly following the step-by-step instructions on the website, however, it didn't work. I made thousands of contacts via chat and email immediately after the installation and I requested a refund. They asked to wait a few days and they denied my refund. They ask me to do a new installation, but I no longer have access to the physical device. The first time I pay for a product and I don't receive what I paid for and I'm not even entitled to a refund.

This company or someone purchased fraudulent charges. I wrote the customer service and tried calling about it. They sent all these emails saying the same thing over and then asked me did I want to extend the service. I'm like huh I never purchased it in the first place. I never purchased this service.
