Signed up, couldn't download the program. Charged me $53.00 more to "chat" with tech supported then no one showed up to chat. Never received any help. Asked for refund, company is refusing to give me my money back and refusing to give me a phone number to talk to anyone about it. Do not buy. It is not easy to install and actually impossible to install on some phones. False advertising that it is easy and that they will help you.

I noticed weird behavior with my keylogger, and got in touch with them, Karl Johnson gave me some tips on how to prevent such behavior, and done! Super fast response and it actually fixed the problem.

My husband doesn't cheat me!

Let's talk about something taboo - I totally snuck an app onto my hubby's phone. Bad wife move? Maybe. Hilarious results? Definitely. Turns out, instead of sneaking around with another gal, he's just chillin' in the car after work, jamming out to tunes or reading a book. Who knew? This little adventure in espionage helped me to relax and trust him again. Bond ain't got nothing on me!

The app would not work on my phone the day I ordered it, multiple attempts were made and then as requested I canceled the subscription through the billing portal. One year later I just got charged $199 for an app I never was even able to download on my phone. Even though I had canceled the subscription. Absolutely amazing that this can happen. I hope this company refunds my money, or I will go to the better Business bureau. This is not okay
