I bought a n MSI AIO Liquid cooler HSF for my i7 9900k. Less than 6 months and the radiator is grinding and the temps are over 100c. Called customer service to RMA and found out I need to ship itt back at my expense and wait 1-2 weeks to get it back I decided it was not worth the trouble. I dropped the whole thing in the trash and I will NEVER buy MSI again, and neither should you.

If I could give ZERO stars I would

Straight out of the box this computer has a runaway keyboard that continues to type whenever it feels like it. Additionally, the screen randomly will flip upside down unprovoked and without warning. Customer support is hard to find and useless when contacted. These computers are warrantied for REPAIR only, so it doesn't matter if it is a piece of crap straight out of the box, they won't do anything for you unless you are willing to send it away for God only knows how long before they will send it back. If you are relying on this computer as your main computer - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL ONLY BE FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

I owned one of their boards a ways back in the last gaming build I built & I absolutely loved it. Sadly someone jacked both of my computers a few years back & I doubt I will ever be able to afford to build another but I stand by MSI 100% because in my opinion they make good quality products or at least all that I have bought & used have been. No idea on their laptops, but I have a sneaking suspicion the person dogging them either doesn't know how to use it or they just got a factory screw up. Also here is a thought, if that guy did indeed buy one of MSI's gaming laptops at Best Buy, he could easily return it problem solved. No loss.

The motherboard I had was the A88XM Gaming which was a FM2+ motherboard. I love their BIOS setup on the gaming boards.

Complete Joke
September 6, 2016

I had an MSI laptop that I got from Bestbuy manufactured by MSI. When I was using it for about close to a year the motherboard kept on overheating and shutdowns. I tried everything I could to cool the motherboard down, but yet never worked. I decided to send it in to the MSI manufactures to have the motherboard replaced. When I got it back it didn't even look like they did anything with it. Despite the a guy named Hans on the phone told me they where gonna replace the motherboard. It doesn't even look like they did jack $#*! with it. Plus it still overheats even when they told me over the phone they would replace the motherboard. Their services are a complete waste of time.

I did call again to complain about it the guy did tell me they would send an RCA. But I doubt they would fix it and make me waste another $40 to send it in. They had their chance their service is dead to me.
