I was going to seek a vendor that offered free or discounted shipping to wholesales clients but for this first order I make, I've decided to go with you after all. I'll likely seek a supplier who offers better pricing on shipping, but due to John's excellent customer service, I place the order with MrTakeOutBags. Thanks John!

They were packed so close some of them ripped when taking out. Finding a better way to pack to make it easier to take out

I spoke with 2 different people regarding orders and shipping during the whole covid19 pandemic. Instead of being stressed, they were personable and gave me GREAT customer service: they were cordial, kind, understanding and friendly. Pretty good, till I hit shipping cost. Something I'm keeping in mind for future purchases. After paying over $100, having over 40% of that being added on just for you to get it to me. That's a lot considering most other places will give you free, or reduced fixed, shipping after spending so much. That's a good perk and worth compromising on. Quite honestly, you had all 5 stars but the shipping was a big bummer to see after spending so much already.

For the most part, the shopping experience was ok, but I tried to use the promo code that was provided after sharing on my social media accounts but the code didn't work saying that "promo code has already been used." I also tried to contact Mr. Take Out Bags via email about it, but never heard back. I really needed these boxes for my upcoming wedding so I just went forward with the purchase, but I am disappointed in the lack of response to my inquiry.

SO FAR SO GOOD! Excited to see how the timing works out for shipping - you may have just won yourself a forever customer!

I'm super pleased with everything! And this right here just adds to it, so thank you. I ordered boxes from you a couple years ago and couldn't find my order sheet (I'm a home business and a lil on a slow side, hopefully that changes) So I ended up having to order from someone else. I know times right now are hard, but I was sent the wrong product and trying to get in touch with someone either over the phone, email, or FB...was challenging to say the least. The salespeople you talk to have no idea what they're doing. I had a guy named Patrick tell me I could print a design on a box; then I went out and had a design custom made for the box and brought it back to this company. Then Patrick realized it wasn't possible to print a design on the box. So yeah, thanks for wasting my time and money. I left a message for a supervisor and no one ever returned my call. Avoid this bull$#*! company.

Your custom bag video gives very little info and I could not find any pricing for printed bags on the website.

My husband is just an amateur bread maker and wanted bags when he gave bread to neighbors. We didn't need this many, but the price was comparable to packs of 20 at other locations. So we bought 500 and will have enough for life!!

It was annoying that the first offer for a discount was 5% off. Then as I proceeded with the checkout, I was offered a $5.00 savings which then I was told I could only use one discount. So I then had to delete my information, after writing down the discount code, and go back in to reorder what I ordered so I could receive the second better value discount. Just offer me the $5.00 off in the first place.

Customer service thought they were out of stock, but then double checked and helped me find the last case of what I needed!

A pop-up flashed a coupon code but then couldn't be found again; coupon codes for discounts keep coming up as invalid.

product selection was low - design wise... was hoping to get the purple wine bags with yellow and white grapes

I contacted customer support to help with the shipping price and they said it was fedex and nothing could be done. After I ordered they were able to adjust though, so now it's taken care of and I'm a happy customer! Thanks for your help post checkout!

First time customer. So far so good. Have not been able to find the green tamper evident labels elsewhere.
