The salespeople you talk to have no idea what they're doing. I had a guy named Patrick tell me I could print a design on a box; then I went out and had a design custom made for the box and brought it back to this company. Then Patrick realized it wasn't possible to print a design on the box. So yeah, thanks for wasting my time and money. I left a message for a supervisor and no one ever returned my call. Avoid this bull$#*! company.

I called in my order and spoke with Drew who was very patient with me. About 5 minutes after I placed my order I received a call from Jaime in accounting. She stated that they were out of stock on the item I wanted, and instead of waiting for my order to come from a different warehouse, she has a comparable item that she could offer me. I'm glad she called she called me back and told me about all the different colors they have. I now have future ideas with all the fun colors! Thanks!
They were packed so close some of them ripped when taking out. Finding a better way to pack to make it easier to take out
I own a bakery in downtown Findlay Ohio. I needed a bag that customers could easily carry 4 dozen cupcakes. I finally found the perfect bag! They have become part of my brand being they are clear and my pink cupcake boxes are visible. Being that I am the only pink box bakery in town, everyone knows what is in that bag.
Ivans Cooking had been online looking for that perfect product to unify the look of our product line. This was only place I found that had the perfect box for my Monkey Bread!
My husband is just an amateur bread maker and wanted bags when he gave bread to neighbors. We didn't need this many, but the price was comparable to packs of 20 at other locations. So we bought 500 and will have enough for life!

I have purchased these items before. Very happy with them. Prices are fair. I thought shipping was a bit high - I find that FedEx ground is usually less than UPS, but shipping rates up gone up recently across all carriers...
I've shopped from you all now 3 times and I have been pleased each time; it's convenient. I wish your shipping prices were at little lower though and I wish you all could send coupons through my email address. Just a few suggestions BUT it won't stop me from ordering from Mr. Take out bags...lol
I love working with this company. I just hate how expensive shipping is. I've never had any problems with the product or anything else. Customer service is amazing when you call. My only problem is I have twice ordered something that I didn't intend to and have a bunch of stuff I'll never use.
