The products didn't arrive in time for the event that I needed them for but knowing how long it will take gives me a better idea on when to order them.

I contacted customer support to help with the shipping price and they said it was fedex and nothing could be done. After I ordered they were able to adjust though, so now it's taken care of and I'm a happy customer! Thanks for your help post checkout!

After searching about a dozen sites for take-out boxes and other materials my bakery needs for farmer's markets, I found this website to be easy to navigate and I appreciated the variety of products from which to choose. Delivery was very quick, which was essential!

Site was easy to use. I like that orders will generally ship in 1 day, i find that the reason I keep ordering. Also, one time something i ordered was out of stock and a rep called and suggested another comparable product instead and gave me the same price. Overall, I'm very pleased with Mr Takeout Bags. Love having the eco-options as well.

Overall experience was excellent. I called in with a follow up question that I believe wasn't answered but I did end up with a solution. I'm very happy with the product and with the velocity which which you got it out the door after receipt of payment...very impressive. Ordered everything through the website. Paid for a 2 day shipping and it came in 3 days. Received one thing I didn't order and then the replacement was sent and I received it today. Customer service was very friendly.

Love the color pink-but could you bring back the teal boxes too? Our shop has both colors and it would look stunning along with the pink. Your prices are wonderful and really help us struggling small businesses.

I haven't used the cupcake boxes yet- they are for a upcoming wedding reception and we can't have self serve due to Covid-19, these will work great, they can see which cupcake it is, and grab and go with out any issues!

You need to give predictions about shipping on the item description instead of shocking the customer with the price right before checkout. It's very discouraging. Use the user's browser info to get location info and have the sit automatically estimate for you.

Shopping is easy and convenient and the clear plastic bags I ordered is top notch. I receive a lot of complements from my clients on how professional my bake goods look in these bags I provide for them.

I had purchased a few hundred containers and probably 20-30 were broken or cracked so I told them about it and they just said it was the carrier service and not them. Either way I'm out those containers.

MrTakeOutBags makes it easy to reorder items. Sometimes the item is on back order, so I make it a point to order extra, and sometimes the total price is slightly different from the previous order although there are no changes (maybe shipping?)! Overall, good easy to use site/product.
