Deceptive delivery timeline. You indicated I was in a one day delivery zone. I needed to have within the next 2 days. It arrived a week later due to shipping from MN. Beyond my due date. I had to buy from another vendor in order to have them in time. When they shipped saying I would have it the next day, I actually received it the next day.

I like yhe old lids

I like the old lids better to these cups. You changed the lids and they are deeper meaning I cannot fill them as close to the top. Also I am having trouble separating them as they get stuck together.

I was very happy with our order arrived on time and good packaging my only concern is that the bags themselves are a little bit thin for bread bags they seem like they're highly susceptible to damage

Overall, my experience has been good. Boxes came quickly and quality is good. They did appear a bit different in person than on the website but still acceptable.

Compared to other sites the pricing was better. Another plus was how quickly my boxes were shipped! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs their products. Fast shipping and great prices!

Easy to find. Prices are reasonable. Only place that has the hot pink (wild rose) bags and we love it! Would like some coupons. I get the newsletter but not the coupons.

I do like the easy reorder access. I would like to ask that you make sure all boxes are usable before shipping. At times there is glue on the window of the box, making them unusable.
