We are a 501 C3.We feed 70 homeless people each week. In Manatee County Florida. Your containers allow us to give them a hot meal and we know the container is biodegradable which prevents littering...after a while. We have been using your products for over 3 years and wouldn't use anything else.

Finding the product I needed and placing the order was easy, and I was incredibly happy with how fast I received the shipment. However, the shipping cost was almost half of what the product cost was, so that really made me unsure of how feasible it will be to use this website for my business in the future. It's just a little too expensive.

I love the product I found. I was hoping for an email reply right away with a discount offer like 10% off- 'cause I love a deal! I was happy to find the $2 off for sharing on pinterest, but I had to submit the code 3 times before it worked. I got the bowls so fast I was shocked, and very pleased. I got the 12 oz corrugated paper bowls. Loved them!

I spoke with 2 different people regarding orders and shipping during the whole covid19 pandemic. Instead of being stressed, they were personable and gave me GREAT customer service: they were cordial, kind, understanding and friendly. We feed homeless people very Friday and it is nice to know when I order the containers they will be there in a few days. I will need them on Friday November 13th! BINGO! Delivered on the 14th as promised and in time for our outreach. Thank you!

I've used your products in the past, I've liked them. The only issue is my order cost $100, the shipping cost $56. More than 50% of the price of the product. This is expensive for my start up company.

The ordering process was great but when I received the actual products the boxes were damaged and the packaging was very messy and the bags holding the cups were damaged as well. This has not been an issue on previous orders.

Couldn't believe how fast the order was sent. I ordered little white window boxes with inserts for
Mini Bundt cakes. They are perfect. I am passing them out for my granddaughters wedding. I will wrap them with a beautiful satin ribbon and a round sticker with name and date married. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely gobsmacked with your shipping costs. The prices are ridiculous. I'm sorry, but the candy I pads I was going to order do not weigh 11 pounds. The cavity inserts do not weigh 6 pounds either, but this seemed to be the fastest place to order from.

I like your products, but the shipping is too expensive. I cut my order in half so I could afford shipping. I don't need fancy or fast shipping, and it's disappointing there aren't cheaper shipping options.

I have used the company for a few years and very happy with the ordering process and the speed of moving the product to me. The bag products received have always been as advertised and being a coffee roaster consistency for the customer is very important. Highly recommend this company!

I am the Food Service Manager at a Church and we used these boxes for one of our Senior Adult luncheon we have monthly. The box was the perfect size to fit an 8 oz container of Macaroni Salad, 8 oz cont. Of Fruit Salad and a Chicken Salad Croissant. The Senior Adults Loved their box lunches. We wrapped plastic utensils with colorful napkins and attached to the boxes with raffia. It made for a very pretty presentation.
