My order was sent back to the vendor because I used a P.O. Box. It arrived quickly and safely after communication with the vendor.
Perhaps it would be good to have the phrase "We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes," somewhere on the order page.

We shopped this helmet in stores to find correct size and see the look on the kid, then found it online for the least expensive on motorcyclecloseouts. The website is a legit website and shipping was fast! Would definitely recommend this site for great deals!
Love everything about the experience except for one thing, in my opinion it took too long to get my items. The reason I say in my opinion is because if I'm completely micro criticizing my experience I think that 1/4 of that time is actual time that it took too long and 3/4 time that why isn't it here, when is it gonna get here, omg I can't believe it's still not here my time!

Bought a Tourmaster jacket that I could only find on Motorcycle Closeouts web site. Everyone else was sold out. When it arrived I found that it was a little too small for me around waist. I returned it and used store credit to pick a larger size of same jacket but in different color because color I wanted was not in larger size. Motorcycle Closeouts was very promp in sending me the new jacket which arrived today. I will continue to shop on there web site when in need of any gear, I find them very reputable.
One of the items I got was leatt body protection. Even though everything else I got fit me properly, it did not. I had never purchased here before and assumed it was like other shops I used that included return shipping. They did not and it cost me $40 to get the item back to them. Shame on me for not checking the fine print, but frustrating none the less.
Had the exact product and sizes. I ordered two helmets Scorpion 960 Exo Hicks Orange size small and medium and received them within days. My helmet, medium, fit well. The small is for my passenger who hasn't tried it on yet. I ride a Suzuki Vstrom 800DE. Currently looking for a Bluetooth com system
I bought a pair of Alpinestars Tech 7 boots last month. This is my second pair of Alpinestars boots so I knew the quality would be great. The price of $279.95 is was what got my attention. That was about $60-$70 cheaper than any other site's sale price with free shipping. I placed my order the night of Dec 19 and had them on my doorstep here in CA on Dec 26. Pretty impressive for the week of Christmas. This was my first purchase from Motorcycle Closeouts and I am very satisfied with the experience.
I LOVE my current jacket but it was getting worn out so I wanted to replace it with the same thing only to find out it was discontinued! Luckily I found this site and was able to order it for less than what I paid originally and shipping was FAST. Highly recommend
First time buyer from the website and I'm not disappointed. I bought a pair of the Fly Racing Womens Fortress Riding Jeans, Highway 21 Womens Palisade DuPont Kevlar Jeans, and also a Cortech Boulevard Womens Wildcat Bomber Jacket - Gunmetal. I ordered these on Apr 27th 2025 and received my package on Friday, May 2nd. Tracking number was provided and delivered by UPS. Great service. The two pairs of pants were affordable enough for me to figure out what style of riding gear I'll be comfortable wearing. And the jacket was priced extremely low for what it was, I was almost skeptical of the legitimacy of the website. I will certainly continue to purchase from this website again.
