Overall good selection of products. Shipping was slow and I was worried my items would not reach me before my trip. I called and emailed customer service and only after my email I almost immediately got a shipping confirmation. Most of the items I purchased were as expected. However my helmet did come with cracks and paint chips on the vents as if it were a display. I understand the saying "you get what you pay for" but nowhere in the listings did I see I was purchasing defect or display items. Still did their job though.
My package was delivered to the wrong address and it took a week and half to finely get a refund after sending 4 emails and one was a not nice email.
Ordered some pants and a jacket. Jacket looks and fits well but not the pants. Store made me pay over $15 for return shipping to EXCHANGE the pants for a new size. So I re-ordered the correct size of pants and then was forced to pay the website's $9.99 shipping fee AGAIN for the replacement size of pants. Never in my life of using online clothing retailers have I heard of such nonsense. A quality online retailer wouldn't charge you the shipping cost to exchange sizes because something didn't fit. It's honestly such a cheap and tacky way of operating a business. Get right or go under MotorcycleCloseouts!
My current helmet is a large. Fits snug, but well. The helmet I ordered from motorcycle close out is an XL. Way too small. I measured my head like your site says and went one size larger just cuz it didn't make sense. Still too small. To send the helmet back it's $75. Not sorry. Very disappointed
This was my worst experience with an online retailer. The items I ordered didn't fit and seemed to be second quality and defective. When you return the item/s they will make you take pictures of these items and tell you that they can't see anything wrong with them rather than take your word for it. I had to pay return shipping which ended up costing me $28 dollars for items that should not have been sold in the first place. There are other retailers online to spend your money - stay away from this one they are terrible with customer service.
My order arrived quickly. However I was pretty disappointed to open the box and find out that my paid for item was not brand new.my guess,it was used 2 show people how a helmet fits.i had removed a lot of different human hair from inside the helmet.it was a drag!
I received my order, however, was disappointed that the sizes were inconsistent with the same brand gear I already own. I understand that would fall back on the actual manufacturer (Fly).
I am not excited about having to pay for return shipping to exchange sizes.
Not completely satisfied with the product. No untethered zip out liner, though there are connect in points for one. Titling of prodigy name is a bit misleading. Sizing is a bit Sparse. Other items for sale for lower cost have a zipout liner. Other layering require internally to supplement weather protection.

Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all.
