I saw the prices and thought there was no way this wasn't some sort of scam but my order arrived within a week and everything looks great, going to be a great Christmas!

I returned pants that had seams opening up. They were never worn and had all tags in tact. After a lot of hassle they eventually sent me a shipping label for the return. By the way the shipping was supper slow so now I had to buy pants locally for my trip. Weeks later they send me repaired pants back, I was supposed to be credited my money back. We never discussed anything else and now many weeks later they send me pants and won't send me a shipping label so I can return the unopened box. Completely unprofessional and childish responses from them.
Horrible customer service. Bought a helmet that didn't fit and had to pay $30 to ship back. Instead of refund they lured me into getting store credit so I wouldn't lose more money. Then I bought another helmet which came with the visor broken out of the box. Customer service took almost a week to respond and wanted to send me parts so I could fix the helmet myself. Ridiculous. And shipping was very slow.
LS2 Stream helmet fits perfect. Comfy, light weight. Passes DOT and meets ECE standards. Shipped fast. VERY HAPPY with this helmet and MC Closeouts. 250,000 miles under my belt since 1991. Presently riding modded Yamaha V-Star 950.
Do not request a refund or a size change, or else they will take back your returned item and completely ghost you! Buyer bewere it is a complete SCAM website

This is the most unprofessional online store ever. I've been riding for 21 years and bought thousand of dollars in motorcycle gear and I never had such a bad experience. I ordered an AGV helmet size L. All my helmets are L including 2 AGV I had in the past. This particular model fits small so the L wont fit me. I contacted the customer service to exchange for an XL but they say it's out of stock for the next 5 weeks, so I asked for refund and they said for refund they charge 10% fee. I tried to explain that I just wanted the right size and they could not provide me, they didn't care either I wait 5 weeks or loose 10%. Do yourself a favor and buy from better stores such as Revzilla and Motorcycle Superstore
I ordered sport riding boots online. Nice looking boots and they fit ok, wish I had of bought 1 size smaller. They are comfortable and were a great price.
I needed to exchange a size down, they were easy to work with, the website did a credit for my new size. Delivery was quick, great shirt, great price.
I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my helmet. I emailed them and explained my mistake and they corrected my order with no problems.

Ordered a bag for my Harley. It never came, then they said they had another one that would work. I didn't want that one so I complained to Pay pal. They sided in my favor and the company bounced the check to Pay pal.

Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered.
