Horrible customer service. Bought a helmet that didn't fit and had to pay $30 to ship back. Instead of refund they lured me into getting store credit so I wouldn't lose more money. Then I bought another helmet which came with the visor broken out of the box. Customer service took almost a week to respond and wanted to send me parts so I could fix the helmet myself. Ridiculous. And shipping was very slow.
