Ordered a new pair of vented boots and socks. Very fast shipping and items arrived well packaged and just as described. Excellent communication and prices on quality name brand merchandise.
Limited selection brand-wise but good prices if they have what you're looking for! Shipping was pretty quick (both times I've ordered from them). I ended up with a jacket that met multiple needs for way less $$ (waterproof and with a lot of vent-ability).

Great deal on gear. Shipped a little slower than expected (saw a bunch of reviews of people getting their stuff in 3 days, mine took more like a week and a half). Would buy from them again.

The product were a good price it shipped fast but, I live on a Ranch that gets no deliveries due to location so I had to pay shipping even though I ordered we'll over the free shipping which will cause me to choose another place to shop and no longer use Motorcycle Closeouts.
The jacket was way too tight but the return process was pretty smooth. A bummer I had to pay for cost of return but that's okay.
Worst return policy I have ever experienced!
I will never purchase from this business again.
I intend to tell every motorcycle enthusiast I know about my horrible experience with Motorcycle Closeouts, and suggest they shop somewhere else - a 10% return charge is robbery - read the fine print!

Ordered 2 helmets for my wife and kid that were ridiculously low priced. Couldn't pass em up. Shipping was perfect and box arrived in 4 days. Highly recommend.

Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all.
