Got the right part, earlier than was expected, and the quality was just as i had hoped for. I will continue to be a customer.

The site claims that most shipments go out within 24 hours, however it was a week before I was informed that the item had shipped.

I had an unexpected issue with the form of payment and I was assisted promptly and without hesitation by the staff to get it resolved.

I placed an order on 11/27, it said it would arrive on 12/4, and I still haven't received it. No new updates with the tracking number or anything.

Took 6 business days plus a weekend to get an order. Order from Rocky Mountain and you get an order in 2-3 days

Ordered the product October 30 product was shipped November 6 received product November 24. Not acceptable
