My birthday passed and I never got my shirt, I order M and the size I got fit an XS, material very cheap, very disappointed I spent my money and time waiting for month and 1/2 for delivery it. When I order it I read the material for solud colors was 65% polyester and 35% cotton
Ordered a shirt back on May 15th 2020 and it still hasnt arrived. Tried to call, no phone number. I have had to file a dispute with my bank in order to try and get my money back.
Ordered 2 tee shirts in April. It is now July and no shirts. They sent me email asking if I received them - I have not. They told me to expect the shirts in early June. Well, looks like the ripped me off. I told them I no longer want the shirts. They ignore me and just ask if they are received yet.
I ordered a shirt back in the first part of June and it still has not showed up. They keep blaming someone else.
I ordered a coffee mug black with words, it came with a BROKEN OFF handle, of course there's NO WAY to contact company for return,. TOTAL SCAM stay away!
This is a terrible, scam company. I ordered my son a t-shirt for Christmas. It never came! Every time I tried contacting the company my emails never got through. I kept getting an error message. I finally got hold of them and they said there's nothing they can do. They kept my payment and never sent my item. A complete scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 4 shirts. Only one of them was wearable and the rest were sized incorrectly and the screening on the shirt wasn't able to be seen. They won't respond to any emails and I am beyond angry. I should have listened to the reviews! Do not order fro this company!
Leuk concept. Alleen jammer dat jullie een Vaderdagactie promoten en dat het artikel 4 dagen na Vaderdag geleverd wordt. Vervolgens geven jullie aan het artikel niet retour te nemen en worden de kosten niet terug gestort. Geen enkel bedrijf kan afwijken van het wettelijke herroepingsrecht.
Een zeer slechte service dat er zoveel mailverkeer overheen moet gaan, het artikel inmiddels geretourneerd te hebben (daar heb ik immers recht op) en het geld nog niet terug ontvangen.

Purchased a sweater for Father's Day. My 6yr old picked it out him self and was super excited about the gift for My husband (his stepfather) this is the 1st Father's day he's ever been able to participate in. He's really disappointed. I've reached out to customer service and messaged them on FB NO RESPONSE. I will be Disputing the transaction with my bank.
Having paid £8 for a delivery service in order to get my order in time, you would not expect your order to arrive 10 days after it was promised it would be delivered at your door. I understand and am aware of corona virus issues but that really isn't my problem. If you can't keep your word and deliver even close to the date you said you would you shouldn't charge people £8 for 2-3 day delivery knowing you cannot deliver on that promise. You should not be offering out and charging people for fast deliver knowing you cannot live up to that. My order had only just been shipped 6 days after it should have been at my door, therefore motefee cannot even blame this on their deliver service. I have been ignored following my complaint as well. Terrible service.
I ordered a fathersday gift for over a month ago now and still haven't received anything! Appaling service, this company is a scam! Don't buy here! Can't post a photo as I never received anything and can't cancell my purchase. I am making more work out of this, as this company has to be stopped!
I ordered a printed "I can't breathe" shirt for nearly $30 and I received a joke. I asked for a full refunded, they said they would get back to me and never did. I think it's a scam. Never purchase!
I read that they went out of business but keep getting paid to make shirts I bought shirts like a dip$#*! before reading reviews lesson learned
Worse online purchase experience ever! I purchased a t-shirt for my husband on April 9th, and it's June 16th and still no product. Not only do they take two weeks to respond to you but they don't provide any resolutions and keep sending the same tracking (pending almost 3 months) showing no updates. I have expressed multiple times I just want to cancel the order for a refund and they have not once acknowledged my request. I am beyond frustrated and warn future purchasers to be careful.
I have ordered a shirt on the 6th of May and received it one month and a half later after contacting the support team several times!
Worst customer service ever! No number to contact them just an email that takes forever to receive a standard rubbish reply.
The product received is of extremely low quality! The print on it is faded! And the size is completely off!
Ridiculous waste of time and money!
This company does not follow up on disputes and only offer replacements for items not received.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! It's been over 30 days and only excuses why my order wasn't delivered. It seems like they have too many customers complaining. Just take a look at how many BAD the reviews they have. I guess that was my mistake, but I hope it's not yours. I can't believe they're still SCAMMING people! If you order you will not receive your product, it happened to several people I know. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!
Tee-shirt is bad, printing is horrible! I have nothing to say more. Stay away!
