Do not buy from this company they are phony as hell ordered a cup for my wife the print on it was so small could hardly read it they have no contact phone number we have sent them several e-mails only to get $#*! responses do not buy from this company just take your money and get a steak dinner read all the reviews 1st their rating is a 1.08 check the bbb they show great pictures but not what you get
Ordered this for my future wife and its a load of rubbish! Cheap tacky! Bit of card! The delivery was very poor and the customer service was awful!

Their size charts are completely inaccurate, by as much as two sizes. They have this disclaimer that tells you to give a one inch tolerance for sizing, to cover themselves if the wrong size is ordered because they refuse to do returns or exchanges. I ordered a size large which is one size up from what I normally wear (based on their size chart). When I got the shirt, it is the equivalent to a kids large or adult small. They still refuse to to an exchange or refund. Don't waste your money on these thieves!
We ordered a t-shirt from this company. It wasn't exactly cheap. When it arrived, it was tight and didn't fit properly but they repeatedly refused to exchange it for a larger one so we are stuck with a garment that can't be worn. They obviously don't care about their customers, they just take your money. This would never happen through Amazon.
A total rip off - I would not recommend them.

The sweatshirt came on time and was what I ordered- no complaints there! The problem is that there are no exchanges with this company. When you buy clothes online, you should be able to return or exchange them. I wanted to exchange for a different size but they wouldn't allow. THerefore, I won't order from this company again.
I want to know where is the product that I ordered on December 17 because it had to appear until December 23 and did not appear? I want to give my money back because it's been a long time and I haven't received anything. I am very disappointed with this site
Same as everyone, promised by Christmas and nothing. Will not refund my money, only tell me to be patient even though they advertised guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I will be fighting for my money back.
Do not buy anything from moteefe. They'll steal your money and not deliver the goods. They also wont reply to your emails, but only say to be patient, Be aware. It's a scam
Only gave this 1 star cause there's no option to rate lower. Dreadful company, dreadful quality, dreadful communications and dreadful customer service. Inferior goods that look nothing like the website and absolutely impossible to find out where to return. No refunds no exchanges under the auspices that these are made to order... absolutely not, mass produced junk. Paid just over £30 included pp and lucky if it's worth £5. I have better cleaning cloths at home. FURIOUS! Pic on the right is what I got, a wee fat faded pony on a poor quality tee-shirt, pic in the right is what I thought I was buying and in actual fact my photo actually makes it look better than it is in real life. AVOID AT ALL COST
The printing on these garments is terrible. They refuse to refund or replace. Going to see what trading standards say. They need stopping before they can rip anyone else off
You will be sorry if you do business with Moteefe. They will still not give you a tracking number for your order but will claim it's mailed and to check with your neighbors for your package. The customer service is not taking ACTION like they stated they would do. They stated after 5 days and if we still did not have our order, they would take action. Five days went by and they stated to wait another 5 days before they would take action. Never received our order.
Legit companies provide tracking information and address issues.
My advice is to not do business with them and report to Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a tee-shirt on this site. The sizing chart was thoroughly misleading, and the colors of the graphics on the tee-shirt, that looked bright and clear on the website, were dull and thin.
I wrote back and forth several times with customer service but they refused to refund or replace the inferior, falsely portrayed product.
I will never do business with Moteefe again, and I suggest anyone who reads this review to avoid this vendor altogether.
