The shirt is okay and it fits fine. Problem is, it's not the fit I ordered and the decal feels like it could come off. Some gentle washing and air drying should prevents that though.
Ordered a shirt a hour later realized it was a xl not a 2xl. On the order they said due to the virus production would not start for a couple of weeks., sent them a email to change the order they said they would get back to me. The next day they said they couldn't change it, it's been 6 weeks still haven't received the shirt
Did not receive order which was supposed to arrive over a month ago. Sent questions twice asking where is the order - no response. Do not order from this company.
My wife ordered a t-shirt. The shirt was INCREDIBLY small (as others have noted). Moteefe have point blank refused to refund. I am not aware of any other online clothing retailer (except made to measure) that won't refund or exchange. Avoid.
I ordered a t-shirt for my husbands Birthday on the 10th of May got confirmation it would arrive on the 18th still never arrived and its the 22nd of May now. Contacted the company serval times still no reply from them very very dis with this company. Will never order from these again. And I will be telling friends not to trust this company. Please please do not order from them they take your money and you will not receive your item

This company is not worth a dime. Order a shirt the only thing was right was the color black. The stuff on it is faded lettering was suppose to be white it is gray looking, the mask is suppose to be yellow and white HORRIBLE WORK! Don't want one if they gave it FREE look faded already. The don't answer any concerns from customers they are stealing money from people don't buy from them! Just saw i could add pics. I ordered the "so pumped" insulin pump woman's hoodie in an XS plum, it was a great item and I was THRILLED to give moteefe my money. I placed the order on April 16th, and my card was charged April 17th. 2 days from now will be a MONTH with NO Item, no response from moteefe, and no track of the order. The fact the company couldn't even get back in touch with me was furiatingz
EDIT: May 18th 2020, Today I finally revived a message back via Facebook. (I will attempt to attach the message in a photo). Fortunately I received it today also. The quality of the hoodie isn't bad, just runs small; so if you do decide to order I highly recommend ordering one size up
Well it was my daughters 5th birthday in lock down I bought her a t-Short looks nothing like advertised it too ages to come. The quality is poor and the customer service is worse my reply was that the standards nothing wrong with my item over £20 for a T-shirt for a five year old and it doesn't fit! And I'm wrong do not do not do not order from here
Absolute waste of money. Sizing is appalling. Print is of poor quality, never again will I order from this company! I expected the photo to be in the middle of the T-shirt and smaller not printed all over the T-shirt
Never purchase from them, waited a month just to receive very poor rough quality... nothing like the pictures and it's so terrible that my home wear is even far better quality than these horrific tees... a pricey lesson learned

I ordered a jokey Covid birthday T Shirt for my Niece over three weeks before her birthday, as it advertised delivery prior to her birthday. I then received a confirming email, advising a 3 day delivery window spanning the day before her birthday to the day after. I immediately contacted them and asked if they could confirm it would deliver at least on her birthday, otherwise I would prefer to cancel. I was assured everything was in order, so went ahead.
Four days before her birthday I received an email advising delivery would be the day before her birthday.
Her birthday was several days ago, nothing has been received. When I contacted them explaining that the gift was irrelevent now as her birthday was over. I received an appalling reply blaming Covid for printing delays and delivery delays (exactly what I asked about nearly a month ago), they have no idea where the gift is, and said to contact them again if it hasn't arrived by next week and they will investigate. Disgusting. I have requested a full refund, but as yet have received no reply. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This scumbag company developed a cute line of covid 19 shirts and I ordered two of them. Unfortunately they have the CHEAPEST quality merchandise because I ordered a 2xxl shirt because I like loose clothing. The shirt they sent while it was within their sizing chart fits like a straight jacket. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WOTJ THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Avoid these jackoffs at every chance, IT'S FOR YOIR OWN GOOD. They suck
I ordered one shirt but received two and was charged for two. I only received one order confirmation from them. They did email me after I asked for a refund on the second item. After seeing that was not something they were going to do, I let them know what a mistake I made in shopping with them. I will never make that mistake again. Also, the quality for the price was not good either.
I ordered a wooden plaque with a quote printed on it for a Mother's Day gift. I ordered 7 days before Mother's Day. I was then notified that my delivery would be the day after Mother's Day on the 23rd of March. Which I was disappointed with at the time considering I placed the order with more than enough time to spare. Anyway it's the 3rd of April and the parcel never arrived, it's quite obvious that it was never even sent. They just took my money and ran. The only form of contact is an email address which they don't respond to. What concerns me more is that this company was sponsored on Instagram! And they now still have my card details.
Ordered this early January for my wife for Valentines day. Had good communication on order, received notification of shipping, even an expected delivery date BUT no tracking information! Item has never shown up, despite numerous attempts to contact Moteefe, I have had ZERO replies!
My original product arrived defective so I contacted the company immediately and upon their request sent a picture of the defective shirt. After a few days the company responded saying they would replace my shirt and asked if I had any changes to make prior to getting my new shirt. I immediately responded that I wanted to change the size of the shirt. Never heard another word for several days and after I sent many, many emails without receiving a response I was told my replacement was on its way (and they never read my email regarding size change). I am very disappointed with Moteefe's customer service and product. I would recommend you stay away from this company.
