Purchased an XLG T-shirt from this company for my son. I always buy XLG for him and they always fit. When it came it was of extremely poor quality and seemed small. I knew it would shrink excessively and was already a snug fit. Customer service basically blew me off. So I now have a $29 dust rag plus was charged $5.99 for shipping so actually a $35 dust rag. Do not waste your money buying from this company.
I bought a golf sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas and I can't even give it to him. The quality is awful and the fit is poor. It is way too small. I went to the website to return it and they don't even take returns. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Another poor purchase from a facebook ad! :(
Ordered a coffee cup that was delivered broken. The packaging was a JOKE wrapped in one thin piece of paper and that was it! No way to contact the company and the invoice slip gives NO contact info. On returns or how to contact the company. Checked my PayPal and the email is a no reply email! Save yourself some money and order from Amazon or a respected company. This company has 1 star for a reason because I couldn't give it a negative. Joke Scam FAKE!
I saw a cute shirt on this website and ordered an extra large. I normally wear a large but the website said it ran small so I ordered one size up. I loved the shirt when it arrived, seemed like nice quality but it fit like a size small! I asked if I could exchange it for a larger size and my answer was no. I looked on line to see the measurements of a normal shirt in a size x-large. I measure the one I got and it fit the measurements for a size small (per online). I exchanged several emails with a rep from this company and they continuously refused to exchange it for a larger size. They said it was custom made for me, which it was not. I will never use them again, I should have read all the other negative reviews before I ordered it.
I should have read the reviews prior to ordering! I ordered a long sleeved women's t-shirt. It was WAY too small, as many reviewers have mentioned. I followed the instructions, took pictures of the size label and measurements. The shirt measured almost an inch less than the size chart. I was told they have a + or - 1 inch policy and my purchase was not eligible for return. Very disappointed.
This company should be taken down because they steal from top selling amazon merch independent designers and are in VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT Matters and do Absolutely nothing to take down the designs after they are caught with proof! What a SHAMEFUL COMPANY WITH NO MORALS DISGUSTING
I ordered a wine shirt and got a Rooster shirt. Rooster go figure. I don't want a rooster shirt. Trying to return and they won't accept until I send a picture of the shirt. I don't know how to do that. Why would I lie about a Rooster shirt. I just wsnt to send back and be credited. They say can't help me until I snd a picture. I told them I don't know how and their answer is sorry can't help without a picture. What a scam. So very very disappointed. I am trying to find someone tohelp with the picture but this is bull****.
I ordered two XL t-shirts from Moteefe. The printing on the shirts was great but the shirts themselves were absolute crap. One was much too small and the other had a large hole in the seam. If you are looking for reviews, you are probably a disgruntled customer like me. I was not offered any way to return or exchange the shirts. I have learned my lesson (too late) and will never order from them again.
I have purchased two items off moteefe as gifts and they are brilliant exactly as advertised they kept me up to date with my order and were upfront at all times will definitely use them again when they bring out a new product, all in all very satisfied.
Shirts extremely smaller than a normal size even though ordered 1 size up, their large same measurement as my slim medium that already been washed. They refused to exchange for different size with their excuse made to orders, can easy to take that back and sell to someone else. Materials also horrible, this is all scam. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Bought a t shirt. Far too big so sent back. Did not hear anything so e-mailed to enquire. Eventually replied back to say they dont exchange. Asked them to send back the t shirt as i had paid for it. Refused this saying they dont have a facility to do this. REALLY!. Not only have they taken my money, they now have my t shirt back and dont know how to post back. Shame on them. Absolutely rubbish company, full of incompetence, no help at all and would not recommend to anyone.
Terrible company. Terrible T-shirt. Terrible service. T-shirt was cheap and flimsy. Size on the tag said XL. Size chart said XL is 18". Measured shirt it was barely 17". Fabric was so loosely woven shirt was practically see through. Contacted customer service. They were not helpful. I'm stuck with a cheap t-shirt that is too small.

Extremely poor quality and poor customer service. Shirt arrived with a blurred print and customer service refused a refund and return. I wish I had found these reviews before - I would have avoided them altogether.
Moteefe are a bunch of thief's do not buy any thing from them. They don't have one good review. Avoid then. They still haven't paid my refund of £87.96. Horrible people. I give zero stars

I ordered a shirt and was given a delivery date of between 28 July 2020 and 4 August 2020. Nothing received, no e-mail to explain why and when, NOTHING!

Their feedback team (specifically Alessandro) actually did a great job following up, checking my order & photos of my delivered shirt sizing. They sent a replacement shirt that I was happier with size-wise. So for that I'm very, very appreciative.
Consistent shirt sizing from the size charts would save Moteefe & customers A LOT of trouble... But I'm grateful for the follow-up!

I was way too patient and gave them benefit of the doubt, and even paid for a replacement. Their displayed size chart and the shirts themselves, I ordered the same 'premium women's T', ended up being different brands and different measurements. Customer service is slow and even below-par for customer satisfaction.
I haven't even received my product yet and I am extremely unhappy with this service. The site says 5-7 days but then after you place your order it corrects that time frame to be between two weeks and A MONTH. So then I was told I only have 24 hours to change the shipping address (I was planning on bringing to a birthday celebration) and since I missed that window they will not help me to change the shipping address, even though it hasn't been shipped yet. Overall bad experience and I will never be using this site again in my life.
