Order a shirt from this site, when I received the shirt it had spelling error. I guess they don't have quality control working the press machines….the last word should read RIDE…

Never sent the item - Teehelis/Mooteefe; no tracking, no response from so called customer services - a scam - avoid them like the plague, and their pretence of social ethical conscience is just a downright misrepresentation

I recently purchased a Ladies XL shirt advertised through Facebook from Moteefe.com. When it arrived, it was marked as an XL; however, it is either a Small to Medium. I contacted Moteefe through Facebook; they claimed the sizing was correct. I followed the directions provided by a contact for Moteefe to illustrate the sizing of the shirt was too small; despite this fact, the contact claimed the shirt I received was an XL. (Perhaps they believed it was an XL for a child.)

Moteefe refused to exchange the product or refund my money. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company; poor business practices and NO customer service.

Orther a hoodie(nice one) and a t shirt. 2 week receive the hoodie and after a mounth still waiting for the shirt, say waiting cause tracking say it's on is way... dont know witch way do. Only cause of that i am very unsatisfy, it made a very expencive hoodie. DONT ORTHER ANYTHING FROM MOTEEFE.

I found Moteefe on Instagram, and decided to order "2" T-shirts. Checking the size chart I went with a Women's large, though the medium should have fit perfectly. After checkout, I was double charged for one of the shirts. IMMEDIATELY emailed them, 5 days later got a broken English response basically saying "your stuck" with it. 17 days later I receive my order, poor quality fabric, large shirts "May" fit a thin teenage girl. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MOTEEFE EVER!

Saw a T-shirt, actually a TANK TOP that I thought was cute online, ordered it, got a flimsy paper this T-BACK, which I cannot wear. Tried to use contact - doesn't work so basically I am out a lot of money for something that should be $1.25. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED and you will be ripped off.

Purchase a holiday shirt it came 3 days after Christmas. Well l guess l can where it next year un till l opened ir. Ivordered a 3x to be safe and l got a shirt l can't pull it over my head. 40 " bust that is between a med & large in American size. They say to check the size chart. What chart. Im still waiting for an answer. I will never buy from them again. Facebook shame on you for allowing these rip off company to be doing business on your site. It represents you as well.

Poor quality, non-returnable item received in size X-LARGE which did but come close to fitting in the arms. They make you send a picture of the item with a tape measure to "prove" it's the right size. A scam and the material is awful. Stay away from this company.

Graphics are poor, very blurry. Image placed to high on hoodie. I would save my money and definitely read reviews before ordering.

Please do not order anything from this website! I ordered from this website and they stole my money and made me believe they were gonna send me my hoodie from November 15 2021 up December 20 2021 and continued to say incorrect address, once I gave them my correct address they told me they would send me a free one out at no charge but I still haven't received anything! I have continued to reach out to their so called support team and through instagram gave them my so called order number and tracking number, they said it should take between 3 days to come! Whoever is making these pages is making a fake "DHL" delivery website page and it shows how soon your package should arrive! They are scammers! Don't trust them! Or send them your money I'm super pissed right now, and had so much hope that I would receive my epilepsy hoodie because I have epilepsy…. This is straight up BS

I order a shirt good bad ugly Says it was seized at the border due to illegal content. I think this a scam and I don't recommend ever buying anything from these guys.

Bought a hoodie from them. It came with multiple snags, the shirt was super cheap material, and it didn't fit. The shirt was way short and very bulky (width). I tried returning it for a refund and they made me jump through hoops / sending them pictures. After further review, they said they don't give refunds at all for returns. Horrible horrible horrible service! Zero stars if possible

All I can say, not knowing a lot about your business, is that everything went smoothly. It was easy to shop with you and when I had some doubt about the state of the delivery I was promptly answered.

I had placed an order with moteefe knteestore for 4 shirts as a gift for a friend for her birthday.
Money was debited from my card as soon as the order was placed. 1 item was shipped out on the 29th and is in transit site shows will be shipped on 28th Oct)
The other 3 items have NOT even been printed. I have sent several emails to their customer service and receive a very lame - 'We appreciate your patience'. What patience? I need the items to be delivered for her birthday, my patience is not changing her birthdate. I don't care for the items if she does not have it for her Bday. The customer service is pathetic.

I ordered 3 of the same t-shirts, 2 XL and one L. The sizing was child-sized. Made in China. The XLs were smaller than the L. No packing slip or way to contact. Paid to mail them back to sender and initiated a dispute. The company said I needed to send a picture of the defective product first and too bad, so sad. The "defect" was in the sizing. Horrible customer service. They sent a 5 page form for me to complete for the dispute. Now, I have no t-shirts, spent $6.38 to return them and still have a $70+ charge. I will never order from them again!

I purchased personalized t-shirts of which I received a notice of production. However no message was handed out concerning the shipment. After checking this, it seemed my order was already shipped 10 days before but no tracking was available.
I contacted the customer service who responded in 1h and let me know my order would be reproduced. Their response was kind, useful and fast.
If anything needs to change, it is the general communication about shipments and ETA.
