Wat lang op de producten moeten wachten, maar de helpdesk was altijd snel met reageren. De hoodies zijn inmiddels gearriveerd en zijn erg tevreden over de kwaliteit.

13 januari een sweater besteld, 18 januari bericht dat hij voor mij klaargemaakt was en dat hij de 25ste januari verzonden zou worden. Half februari nog steeds niets ontvangen dus maar eens een mailtje gestuurd. Waar of die trui nu blijft. Vermoedelijk kwijtgeraakt er zou een nieuwe bestelling doorgegeven worden. En idd 23 febr was hij er. Mijn mooie sweater. Duurde dus erg lang maar dan heb je ook wat. Kreeg ik 27 februari tot mijn verbazing weer een pakketje met nog een trui. Heb hier een mailtje over gestuurd. Kreeg ik als antwoord dat als ik er niets mee kon ik er iemand anders een plezier mee kon doen. Dit komt goed. Omdat het erg lang duurde, was ik bang dat ik met internetfraude te maken had. Gelukkig viel dit mee. En ben ik erg blij.
Héél lang op mijn bestelling moeten wachten, uiteindelijk vervangende bestelling verstuurd én ontvangen!

Delivery was very fast and I had information on my order all the way through. Needed to contact customer support regarding a change and they were very helpful.
I recently bought a mug from moteefe and couldn't be more satisfied with the service and quality of the products. I'd already ordered personalized mugs from other brands and the print quality wasn't the best. As for the service, no complaints: I could track my order from the moment I paid, and there were no delays on the estimated delivery day. I will be ordering again sometime soon :)

The fabrics are very good, the tshirts are very comfortable and have a very soft touch. The sizes are very accurate and fit perfectly.
It's my first time ordering from Moteefe website, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the T shirt and the print on it. Delivery was on time even though we are still under lockdown in UK. I would revisit the website in future for sure.

This platform allows stolen images to be used. We filed a complaint against copyright infringement and have not had any action. The page with our stolen logo is still there. Horrible business!
Moteefe seems to have many different sites. Red circle with white star is who I received a response from. Yes, sizes run so small but when I messengered them, sent a pic of the tag, the shirt and the order number as they requested, they replaced my medium with an XL. Go up a couple sizes to be safe.
