I had no problems with my order. It was sent to me quickly and the tee shirt quality was nice. Next time I would size up from my regular size but luckily I ordered a small as a gift and it fit the recipient perfectly.
I I ordered two T-shirts and a coffee mug the coffee mug was broke but the t-shirts came so I need to know what y'all going to do about the handle being broken off the mug
The item came in SUPER later than I was told, then when I tried to reach a rep, its all via email and seems like its a back & forth thing that never gets resolved. At the I ended up with an over priced cup, that was meant as a gift, and had to buy another gift because it came almost 2 months late! I would not recommend buying anything nor will I ever buy anything again. Horrible customer service (email) never a straight answer, and no way to reach a human!
I have a little problem with a t-shirt than i have ordered. When i received my order. It was te wrong t-shirt et the size wan't what i askes. So i give a message to the support of Moteefe. I discuse with someone, like Carlo. I send him a photography of what the sent to me. So the write me a second and also a third time. They sent me a new t-shirt with the inscription than i want. So thank's again Moteefe for the replacement. I realy appreciate... Jacques

No matter whether you unsubscribe from emails you never signed up for, you don't get removed. They change the email address that sends them changes every time they send an email. They have various sites and complaints to Google do nothing. Stay away probably a phishing expedition!
We buy more and more online and sometimes things get lost or damaged or simply don't arrive. I was really looking forward to these shirts and they delivered. The shirts are beautiful and I'll proudly wear them. The pictures are perfect and they're on good shirts. Thank you
Ordered a "medium" shirt, received something clearly much smaller. Reached out for a simple exchange and they said they couldn't be of any help unless I took a photo with a tape measure in the photo... which I did but they said to do it again. The seams were askew and impossible to lay the shirt straight. Run around, run around, run around. I just wanted one that fit! This is not a company you want to deal with.
I was very pleased with my cushion that I ordered for my grandaughter it was lovely

Nadat we in januari een sweater hadden besteld ontvingen we bericht dat deze 5 februari geleverd zou worden. We ontvingen niets mail gestuurd waarop keurig antwoord kwam dat ivm COVID-19 er vertraging zou kunnen zijn, even afwachten dus. De week erop nog niets nogmaals gemaild weer afwachten. Na ruim 3 weken waren we all vertrouwen in een goede afloop kwijt, nogmaals gemaild. We krijgen dan een vervangend product. Twee dagen later 28 februari komt dan toch de sweater en nog twee dagen later de tweede.
Dus eindconclusie is keurig geholpen en op de hoogte gehouden.
Al met al alle lof voor de afhandeling!
Wat een super service, een mail gestuurd dat m'n trui nog niet binnen was gekomen, een nieuwe werd opgestuurd uiteindelijk 2 gekregen na mail mag ik m doneren en ik weet al wie ik er blij mee mag maken. Dank jullie! Top service!
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten und ein tollen Kundenservice hat dann alles super geklappt. Erste Bestellung kam nicht an und es wurde eine zweite raus geschickt. Dann kam aber doch noch die erste an und ich konnte die zweite dann gratis behalten. Super Service

I have ordered 2 hoodies. One came within 10 days, but the other one didn't come. Emailed with the support desk and they send me a new hoody right away, no discussion! Great service. Thx
