moteefe.com stole my t-shirt artwork and they and their affiliates are selling it (poor quality knockoffs).
Fortunately I have good legal representation, but this takes time. Remember original artwork is automatically copyrighted so if you can not afford a lawyer, no problem, just take screen shots of your stolen artwork from their website (and affiliates) with proper date stamps and the courts are very obliging. I have done this successfully for my clients and they have been compensated. Let us put these thieves out of business. Lastly publish their names and addresses on all social media.

Their size chart is totally non standard. They sell racists shirts had I known this would NEVER HAVE bought this in the first place.
I rarely will give 5 stars. But I have to say, when our hoodie order size was off, I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. They are also making the order right. What more can you ask for? At a time when it's really tough to get a real person when shopping online, especially when there is a problem, Moteefe hit all of the marks with their customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
I ordered a t-shirt over two months ago, 14 May 2021, and have still not received it. Very poor communication, no response to emails, no follow-up or tracking number.
This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered 3 TShirts, a M, L, and XL from them and all the TShirts were very small. I even ordered one size up, like their website said to do! The shirts were cheap in quality, different labels and could fit a child. I explained to the customer service how they fit thinking that they would either refund my money ($70.00) or send me different sizes but after having me measure all the shirts and take pictures of everything (what other company does this!) they declined my request and said that there was nothing they could do! Please don't be scammed like me and please don't order from this company!
I ordered a t-shirt for my husband. There was an error in the printing, an O instead of a G. When I contacted Moteefe they asked for a picture which I provided. They replaced the shirt immediately and I paid nothing. They were most gracious and I will order from them again.
I love my stuff! I bought a shirt and a mug. An email came letting me know my order had shipped. However, they sent separately and I received the shirt first. Then, I kept checking my emails & account for any shipping or tracking on the mug, nothing. I got the mug today. Surprise!
Please, if someone orders several items & they ship separately, send an email with tracking info for each item. That would save a lot of stress!
They put the wrong address on my package. Never received it and when I went to the post office they said it had no return label with it, so my package was disposed of. I have sent 4 email's to this company with no reply back. I would like to have what I purchased, please. Or at least my money back.
I purchased 3 T-shirts from moteefe and let me say I was so disappointed in the size and the print on the shirt. My Bichon looked more like a sheep dog! After many futile attempts to resolve the sizes that were WAAY too small, they refused a refund of 80+ dollars and told me donate the shirts? I contacted the REAL Life is good company and reported the misuse of there copy right. I will never purchase or recommend this company to anyone... they are horrible and did not hesitate to take my money.
Never buy from Moteefe that advertise on FB. A total rip-off and scam for your money. My 85 year old mother ordered a T shirt from them for a birthday gift. First it took over 2 months to receive it, then their ladies XL they sent was 32" across the bust line. When I complained and sent the pictures with a tape measure across it like they asked, they replied it was within the correct size range and refused to fix it! A SCAM! I complained to FB but of course they have not done anything or removed their advertising. Money talks I guess. Live and learn. Only order from well know companies you are familiar with. I have included two pictures with it on top of another XL shirt that has been washed and dried in a dryer many times and there is a is a 12 inch difference around. Do not buy from them!
Loving the 02-09 Trailblazer logo. Try it on and feel so comfortable! Love it! Even customer service are amazing keep in touch with me on time manner I couldn't ask for. Am going order some that I'm Trailblazer lover lol. Keep up good work! High recommend to anyone!
I ordered a T-shirt for my wife with a Halloween print. It was a "women's cut" shirt with a full color logo. When we received the shirt, the print was so bad that you could see the shirt through the print. I showed them the shirt and they agreed, the print was below their standards, so they said they would replace the shirt. So I reordered the shirt and this time they switched out the style of the shirt to a Uni-sex, Beefy-T. The difference in the cuts of the shirts is enormous! So here I sit with TWO shirts, and not one of them is wearable. I explained this to TWO separate Moteefe representatives and they've since blown me off and wont return emails anymore. The designs were cute and my wife loved them, but the inconsistencies, the constant delays and ultimately not getting the product that I ordered... I wont be using them again.
I ordered a Harry Styles shirt for my daughter through Moteefe. Although it was my daughters birthday on the 7th of March we were prepared to wait until the 23rd of March 2021 - at least it was still in her birthday month. We are still waiting! Every time I follow-up they just tell me to wait a little bit longer. How long do we still need to wait - this was my daughter's birthday gift! I am so not impressed - they are not even able to provide a tracking number. At what stage do one need to accept that the package may have gone lost and I need a refund? Then at least I can buy her something else with the more than R500 we have spend on this order.
Sizing chart is misleading - XL corresponds to S or M at most. Refusal to address this problem by support team. Low quality cotton and very expensive. I am absolutely livid. A waste of 25 euros
A little confusion with my order because I placed my order twice by mistake & hope to get a credit for the second pillow I ordered. Cadiving was supposed to credit my account. Quality of pillow was awesome!

Ich habe einen Pullover bestellt und via Paypal bezahlt, aus unbekannten Gründen kam mein Paket nicht an, also habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Binnen 15 Minuten kam direkt die Antwort: Eine Entschuldigung und direkt die Aussage, es völlig kostenfrei neu zu drucken und zu mir zu senden.
Ich war total erstaunt! Sowas habe ich - gerade auch in der aktuellen Zeit, wo viele Menschen wirklich viel mehr Druck haben - nicht erwartet. Wirklich kundenfreundlich. Mein Paket kam gestern an, genau wie ich es wollte. Ich werde mich auch in Zukunft an euch wenden, ALLEINE deswegen. Vielen Dank euch :D
Personally I can NOT recommend them and would if asked tell people to avoid them at all costs as they do not have any interest in supporting their customers.
The Tee Shirt that was delivered was said one size but when measured it was one size smaller.
Moreefe showed absolutely no interest in correcting their error. They showed a total lack of interest in the problem, to the point where some would consider the email replies I received as being rude and possible even ignorant.
Following my compliant they updated their website to add that the these T-Shirts could come up small, a bit late for that I am afraid. This notice was not there when I place my order otherwise I would have ordered it one size larger.
In the attached picture the correct measurement for the T-Shirt shown is 17 & 1/2 inches as told to me by their staff, as can be clearly seen it is only 16 inches which is exactly one size smaller than indicated on the shirts label.

I the pillow I ordered looked great but as I opened the package we got the strongest smell of cigarettes as if the person packing the item was in a closed room chain smoking with the pillow sitting there absorbing the smell. Tried to contact customer service that was a lost cause ended up airing out the pillow and using frebreeze on it.
