I bought a tshirt for my birthday which is coming up on the 26th of August haven't received my order till today.
Placed order for my husband's birthday present. It arrived within 2 weeks, but when I held up I immediately noticed the screen print is not straight. A t-shirt at almost $30, I expected more.
This company is horrible. Screwed up the shipping address. Customer service is very poor to non existent. They do not give you a tracking #. The expected date of arrival nearly doubles once your payment is received. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

I ordered two items at the same time under one order number. When package finally came, one item was missing. No one will answer my emails regarding missing top and no refund has been given. I would NOT order from this company again.
Order 2 tops in April. Got in June!
When got tops the prints where really bad.
They where green. When ment to be cream and print was just a smuch
Emailing them, they would just blank me. So I went through PayPal.
The offer me £25 to compensate and to keep tops!
Tops needed to just be binned
PayPal has taken there side and had closed the case!
So now going with bank to claim my money back
Wish I seen these reviews before ordering Now I hope this will help others not be £45 out of pocket like my self that tops can't be wore

The order has been lost after 2 months waiting. When I inquired about it, I was asked for personal information which I refused. I provided a confirmation number and they said they still needed personal information. Luckily, I used PayPal and have asked for a refund. I asked the company directly for a refund and they said they couldn't help any further. The worst experience ever.
Bought 2 T-shirts, T-shirts good quality, printed image not fantastic! Whilst I was relatively happy with the product, it was the delivery that was a scam. Do NOT pay extra for 2 day delivery, they did not print the item until 3 days (Wednesday) after I made the order (Sunday), it therefore arrived after 5 days.
They do not advise you that there is a 3 day wait to print until AFTER you have paid.
There customer service refused my request for a refund of the extra I paid for 2 day delivery.
I notice the high rated reviews on here are invited reviewers. I would suggest you read the 1 star ratings - stay away from Moteefe.com
Am reaching out again because I still haven't received my order #******* yet. I have been dealing with this since May 26th and it said it would be here on June 19th no later than June 26th and still have not received it. You keep saying it shows its shipped already but where is it at, what's the tracking information, who is delivering it. All I am getting are all lies from this company and I am wondering if I should get my attorney involved because I am getting the run around. I have been very patient about everything. I want my product now. I am very disappointed in this company and how you treat your customers all you do is take their money and do not send the product to me. I keep emailing the company and still nothing but lies

Had a faulty printed shirt delivered weeks ago! After numerous e mails to the so called "Support " team they suspended my e mail address without resolving my problem! Moteefe doesn't care about their customers period! Check the reviews, they tell you the lousy company that they are!
I paid $60 worth for a shirt and a cup, the shirt never arrived and the cup was very low quality. They were responsive to inquiries but can't provide accurate tracking information. They've had my money for three months? How much longer?
As soon as I ordered a tshirt my bank notified me it was out of the country. Thought it was weird I had to ask for a link. Bank put a stop on them for me

Ich finde das fast schon kriminell, 30 für einen A2 Digitaldruck zu berechnen, der dann auch noch in einer richtig schlechten, verpixelten, unscharfen Qualität ankommt. Entweder hat dieser Laden keine Qualitätskontrolle oder sie ist einfach nur unfähig. Auf meine Bitte, den Druck gegen einen hochaufgelösten umzutauschen, sagte man mir nur, der Druck sei in Ordnung und wie beschrieben, Umtausch oder Rücknahme ist nicht möglich.
Ich bin entsetzt! Jeder Blinde sieht, dass das Bild völlig unscharf ist. Als hätte jemand auf Google einfach ein Bild genommen und es auf A2 vergrößert.
Da die Firma ihren Hauptsitz in London hat, ist da natürlich auch rechtlich nichts zu machen. Eine riesengroße Enttäuschung! Und absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
