Moroccanoil

This is a really great lightweight body lotion. Has the original Moroccanoil scent which can be best described as clean but mature. Gives lasting hydration that won't weigh your skin down. Rubs in easily, soaks in quickly. Only used for a few weeks but I'm already obsessed. Highly recommend!

I have dry, thick, and naturally curly hair that is often very frizzy and hard to manage. It's a struggle to find hair products that not only make my hair smoother and shinier but that also contribute to its overall health. Moroccanoil does it all! I have tried several of their products at this point and have never been dissapointed with any of them. Their website is very user friendly and they have a loyalty program you can sign up for to earn points towards future purchases, as well as the perk of free shipping on any purchase.

I ordered several products on 12/30/2020. The order is still showing "processing" so I filled out an escalation form 3 days ago. I received a super generic reply "we were closed for the Holidays". No apology, no change in order status. Never again! How can a company with the reputation of a high end salon product have such poor customer service issues. That is unprofessional on their part. If they don't want to maintain great customer service through their website, don't offer it!

I ordered several products from their website. The smoothing lotion arrived with the top off and there was lotion all over everything else in the box. A total mess. I tried to call. No answer…suggested that you send an email. I have sent 2 emails a week apart with no response. Do not order on line from this company. Terrible / no customer service. A total ripoff

I've sent more than five customer service inquiries regarding my beauty circle points that I've acquired over the years and not a single response has been replied to. This is how they treat their loyal customers. I will never purchase again. I've switched to Kevin Murphy hydrate line, it's much better anyways! Save your money and go elsewhere

I am writing review of Moroccanoil customer service from Moroccanoil.com. I would highly recommend not ordering from there site. I ordered six products and one the root booster is defective I emailed and called with no response. I will definitely order from another site like Sephora in the future.

I placed an order 8 days ago and they have not shipped my order. They don't answer their phone, do not have voicemail and refuse to provide any information via email. The only response I received were 2 lines of misspelled words saying they would email me when it shipped. I responded and... nothing. They had no problem charging my card 8 days ago, but now won't ship or respond. This is my second consecutive order with issues (last order had to be refunded and I purchased different brands). This was a "make up" order. What a joke. My card should not have been charged until my product shipped, but they charged me anyway and refuse to ship. I feel taken advantage of as a customer. The hair products are good, but not this good. I'm reporting as fraud after the holiday and weekend.

I ordered 3 products in Nov of 2022 and it's now Feb 2023. I never received my $75 shampoo and they won't ship it or refund my money. I tried to open a case with PayPal but they want a claim from a law enforcement agency. I think I may go to the BBB next I don't know what to do. I know I won't ever order from them again and I want to warn you not to do the same thing I did. Their phone number doesn't work so you have to email them.

Last week my hairdresser gave me a sample of Moroccanoil Curl Shampoo and Moroccanoil Curl Conditioner. She asked that I try it and give her my opinion as she thought it would be a good fit for me. I'm pretty anal about my hair but I figured I would give it ago. I noticed a tingling feeling washing my hair and then when I applied the condition. I washed out the conditioner almost right away. Well, I have sensitive skin but I thought it was only regarding my face. No, it is definitely not. Once I blew dried my hair my head was beginning of the dampness out of my hair, I was raring to go to breakfast. Well, my scalp started to drive me crazy and some little sores were on scalp. I had developed a rash and was definitely allergic to shampoo and conditioner. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner as my hair was shiny and soft, but the moral of this review is when trying something new, make sure you try them on a little patch of hair/skin so you aren't suffering for a week like I did!

After filing a complaint at BBB, I finally got a response from Morocanoil. They claimed FedEx lost my package! And gave me the option of a refund or a replacement order. I got my replacement order after two days. Like I said before, good products... been using them for years from my hairdresser. Just order from somewhere else.
