I ordered several products on 12/30/2020. The order is still showing "processing" so I filled out an escalation form 3 days ago. I received a super generic reply "we were closed for the Holidays". No apology, no change in order status. Never again! How can a company with the reputation of a high end salon product have such poor customer service issues. That is unprofessional on their part. If they don't want to maintain great customer service through their website, don't offer it!
