After filing a complaint at BBB, I finally got a response from Morocanoil. They claimed FedEx lost my package! And gave me the option of a refund or a replacement order. I got my replacement order after two days. Like I said before, good products... been using them for years from my hairdresser. Just order from somewhere else.
Ordered on 11/23/21 and I still have not received my order after 27 days and counting. Got a tracking number 3 days after the order and it still says the products haven't shipped. Emailed 3 times, no response. Called but only a recording and there is no way to leave a message. They've already charged my credit card. I would NEVER order from them ever again. Ready to report them to BBB. Sadly, their products are good. Been using them for years. Have gotten through Sephora and my salon figured I can get it from them directly. Bad move.
