“Awesome socks! Long shipping, but worth the wait”

B S.

Haven't had any "scammy" issues like other people have (even went back to check my bank records after reading other reviews just in case). Got four or five pairs of socks for a great price, even taking shipping into account. And now, over a year later, they're all still holding up fantastically. Can't speak for any of their other products, but the socks I got were awesome! Great value if you go with the free socks of the month (aka "just pay shipping")

“Absolutely ridiculous scamming”

Ordered a bunch of socks in march 2020 and also signed up for sick monthly subscription, didn't receive the socks after 3 months (nor any of the subscription socks) emailed them and they told me it was lost, they said they sent out a new bunch to say sorry but they never came either. Ended up asking for a refund and cancellation of the subscription which they did but then got charged again the next month! Ridiculous money schemes

Their socks aren't TERIBLE, they're not fantastic either though. My problem is their customer service. I've sent them 4 emails now trying to cancel my account with them and haven't heard anything back from them. Do not sign up for their monthly subsription.

I ordered one pair of the free socks from mooshe a year ago. I knew the shipping time would be a while, but when they arrived, the socks themselves were decent quality. I thought I'd give them another try and ordered a tee shirt. The shipping took just as long, but the quality of the shirt was not very good. The material felt cheap and thin. The design didn't appear as clean as the photos on the site and the fit was sort of off. It was only a one size option, so maybe I shouldn't have expected as much, but I don't feel the shirt was worth the $18 (shipping included) I paid.

Mooshe is now shipping from their new warehouse located in Canada. I always receive my socks within 1 week and I live in the USA. I also love the quality of their socks.

Ordered last November (2019). Order never arrived. It took Mooshe 5 months to finally admit that the order was not coming. When I asked to be reimburse they said sure and I was never reimbursed.
When I told them I had not received my money they said they did and that I should contact the bank. I thus asked them for a proof of payment from their side so that I can go to my bank with actual proof that they did it. They have been IGNORING my messages since then. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy it is a scam!

I ordered 10 pairs of socks for my first order. The Dino collection and their free spring collection that had back in April. I was worried about my order not arriving after reading other reviews, but to my surprise, it did! I was wondering why the package was so small considering I ordered so many pairs. I literally got 2 pairs of socks. One from their spring collection (which I did order) and one from their old summer collection (which I didn't order). Very angry with them about that. I emailed their customer service asking for the right order, and if they won't do that then to refund my money. Haven't heard back from them yet. It's just so upsetting because their socks are very comfy and cute but their customer service and shipment suck. They would be a fantastic company if only they knew how to send out the right order which doesn't even seem like it would be hard.

Tip for consumers:
Their items are cute and have high quality, their customer service just isn’t good at all

I had the worst experience with Mooshe. I initially got the scrunchie and socks subscription boxes and wanted to cancel after the first month but I was told I had to wait for 3 full payments so I went with it. I haven't received ANY of my multiple orders. I have contacted Mooshe and they have been useless and tell me I have received my order but I have not. Terrible terrible terrible. They've basically stolen from me. DO NOT use this company

I ordered some socks in March, and even in the beginning of June, I still haven't received anything! I emailed the Mooshe email address and tried asking for a refund, but they gave me 7% of my original total as the "refund" and said that they lost my order. I wouldn't write a review like this if I didn't have such a bad experience with the communication of everything!

My daughter ordered these in November of 2019 and we have been trying to cancel ever since. I have NO IDEA why it has to be so complicated. I haven't received orders they promised. Have asked for refund since WE LITERALLY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. Now dealing with her debit card to get charges disputed and vendor blocked. WHAT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Lesson learned.

Purchased socks over 6 months ago and haven't heard anything since. Thought that maybe the positive reviews were legit but maybe they're not. Bit of a shame cause the socks looked nice.

They have really cute socks available for cheap prices but they are also cheap quality, it also takes months for the socks to arrive. Be careful of the free monthly subscription box- they added it one of my orders and then told me I'd have to pay for it for 3 months before they would cancel it.

As noted frequently on here, this company is a scam. It's also revealing that they have no BBB profile. They refuse to cancel subscriptions ever, and will continue to charge your card forever. The only way to stop it is to cancel the card.

I hardly ever review anything, truly I had never complained about any company but I can't take this anymore. It charges me every month but I haven't received products. When I asked to cancel my subscription, they always said I must be charged at least 3 times so that I can cancel. Then I waited this scam company charged 3 times and they kept saying the same answer. This is a scam company. NEVER TRUST!

I ordered once and the socks were terrible quality, but now they keep charging me $16 every month for something I don't remember signing up for. And I can't cancel no matter how many times I click on cancel subscriptions

Ordered a pair of socks in 2020, never came. Emailed them and said it was coming but never gave a tracking number. Have emailed them multiple times since, seeing it is over a year later, and they haven't replied again since. Looks like I'm never getting my money back

My daughter signed up to purchase socks and NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM. They have no customer service phone number, only an email address. Despite her cancelling the subscription by email (the only choice), they continued to charge her debit card monthly. ONCE AGAIN, THEY NEVER SENT A SINGLE ITEM. As a last result, we called the debt card issuing bank, disputed the charges and hen cancelled the debit card. They refunded the disputed charges almost immediately which makes me think they were aware of this company. IMHO, this company is nothing more than a front for a scam - BEWARE.

If you sign up for a free welcome box subscription of their socks, all that means is one random undesirable pair of socks that one length no one likes (just above the ankle by 2-3 inches). There's fine print you'll never have seen that compels you to then stay subscribed for 3 more months after that. They'll then charge you $10.52 for one pair of socks each month. The socks neither seem to be high quality nor are they very cute. You get no choices about length or design. They're probably made my children in China, costing them maybe $. 25 in materials and $. 10 labor ($. 30/hour is what the Chinese pay on average for this kind of work, so). With shipping being as cheap as it is, this is obviously a profitable business model. Heck, they're probably just buying random cheap socks off the street or sending us their used socks.

Instagram has sold us out by letting unscrupulous Chinese companies sell us crap with fine print that extracts more money from us than we anticipate. The Mooshe customer service people obviously don't give a rat's butthole about your complaints. Instagram makes it nearly impossible to contact them about it, and then if you do, they'll just say to take it up with the company. Ha. So the US has essentially decided not to protect its consumers from this fraudulence. We let instagram do whatever it wants with no repercussions. And what are we gonna do? Stop using instragram? I'm a comedian. I basically have to. Maybe we should talk to our representatives, y'all.

Maybe I should run for office. This country has been going downhill for so long now. We are selling our birthright for a mess of porridge up in this b-. Those who came before us fought for basic protections of consumers, workers, and all citizens, and we are hemorrhaging them due to our ignorance, apathy, and distractibility. This is a country of people who are valuing the short term bottom line at the expense of our future. The Chinese now set up factories here and exploit our workers and environment. The Saudis have bought land in Arizona to use our rain to grow the alfalfa hay they then send back to Saudia Arabia; they drill down deeper than the local farmers can, putting them out of business as their crops cannot grow without water. Instagram and Facebook will sell adspace to anyone, irrespective of what they are trying to sell us and how. Our governors are either too corrupt and/or too busy getting reelected or too stupid or too partisan to figure out how to serve us. Most of us can agree on about 8 million things the government could be doing better at, and yet they focus only on what divides us so that they can continue to funnel money to themselves and their friends while we argue about pronouns.

Not to mention, they always include a smiley face in their email subject lines, presumably to mock their customers/dupes.

I've bought off mooshe many a time as their socks are super cute and thought I would give the subscription a try. Bad idea. I read the fineprint and I have been subscribed for 7 months. I didn't think I would have so much trouble trying to cancel the subscription, lo and behold I've been sending emails to their sales and client addresses to cancel for almost a month now. Only 2 automated replies from their sales address directing me to email their client address which has yielded no replies. It's infuriating as I am still trying to cancel it and I am about to get charged for a pair of monthly socks I dont want! Its appalling and just gross! Absolutely ruined the times I had ordered socks off them previously.

It is basically impossible to cancel a monthly subscription, took me over a year with multiple emails sent monthly to finally get a response. Plus they still haven't sent me my original purchase, only the monthly socks.

Do not purchase the monthly sock subscription if you plan on cancelling it in the future!

I was subscribed to their monthly socks box for nearly a year, but with recent coronavirus events I cannot pay it any more.
They write in their FAQ: "Once logged in, go to «manage my subscription» and click on «cancel» under the subscription field." BUT IT'S A LIE. There is no button there, instead they say: "To cancel email *******@mooshe.ca
"
I emailed them there last month kindly asking to cancel my subscription. They didn't even answer, and guess what - THEY CHARGED ME TODAY AGAIN. And still ignore my emails.
So I lost money for unwanted socks, while I am forced to count each penny due to crisis. And I loose time writing emails, and I guess I will loose time for going to my bank to block payments to mooshe manually, because they are just forking $#*!s.
