Initially was told my package had been sent, then was told it was never sent one week later, then was told that the package was actually "lost" because of coronavirus. This was ordered in January, I was told it had been resent. Then had been told nothing had been sent due to coronavirus since the end of January - at this point it was March. But somehow it had still been apparently sent to me? Following this I've cancelled it - I've been given HORRENDOUS customer service time and time again, they just send a script no matter the question pretty much. And when I questioned it, they were rude and very passive aggressive lmao. I haven't gotten a refund yet, apparently it'll take up to 40 business days for a paypal refund. It's absolute bull$#*!, I'm not too surprised I thought this could be a risk but it's not worth it. Very disappointed. It's been 4 months and they've just taken my money, I'm not expecting to actually get that refund anymore.
