Never received product. Repeatedly reached out and had to file a claim with my credit card company to contest the charge. After further review many people purchased clothes and they don't look anything like the clothes online. This is one of those fake companies that's doesn't deliver on their commitments.
I ordered a month ago and they still haven't shipped anything. I have asked to cancel my order multiple times and now have an open dispute with them with Paypal. I just want other shoppers to be aware. Update: After almost two months of waiting I was able to successfully dispute the transaction with Paypal after they sent a fake tracking number! There are better online boutique clothing stores to buy from please do your research!
Ordered item in April. Just received. It is China owned company. Cannot return unless i send back to CHINA! WTH... I will sell shirt on Marketplace. Shame on this company. Also replies to email takes several tries with same answer in broken English. Just AWFUL!
I ordered on May 15,2020. It is July 12,2020 my order has not shipped. I have tried to email them and call. When you email they send you the same email back everytime in horrible grammar. When you try to call it rings 3 times and hangs up. This is a scam.
I don't know how that happened that I didn't check on the site before ordering. You can't contact them. They don't respond to you texts only once responded my e-mail. The clothes arrived in 2 month. Horrible quality, they look cheap, I will be ashamed to give it to someone. I order S, everything is oversized, huge, big, even though I was pregnant S size was like XXL on me. The clothes smell awfully... I would like to put 0 instead of 1. It was so stupid to order without checkin. The advertisements on the instagram keep pooping up though. Honestly don't use this site!
I ordered items in March they did not ship for 4 weeksI emailed to cancel several times and did not her a reply until after they shipped! The items were very poor quality and not as pictured. I returned in 4 weeks ago and still have not had a refund or replies to my emails. Do not order from them.
So yeah, ordered on May 4 and just got the shipment last week.
Customer Service: horrible if you even get a response
Shipping delays: more than 3 months even in a pandemic is atrocious
Quality: None - the material is flimsy and the clothes are undersized

I just ordered from them 01/30/21 and my order just shipped today 02/24/21 and I wish I would have seen this reviews before I order becus so far everyone is correct. So let me see how long this will take before I dispute this order. Is the name of the company named Lamodor
I placed an order from MoonMandy on 5/1/2020. And cancelled the order the following day 5/2/2020. I received a sad story via email on 5/7/2020 that due to COVID they were experiencing delays and employees unable to go to work the order would not be shipped for an additional 1-5 days and offered a 20% off coupon. A follow-up email was sent on 5/7/2020 asking once again for the order to be cancelled and on 5/11/2020 they responded the order had been processed and was shipping. I am not sure what part of cancel the order they did not understand? Meanwhile the total was charged to my credit card and a package arrived 6/12/2020 was 3 of the 4 items and the remaining item did not arrive for 2 more weeks. The items are not as represented on the website. The Sweatshirt was nothing more than a polyster shirt you could see through and much smaller than the size chart. Other blouses and dress was smaller than the size chart recommendation. This company does not understand what good customer service is... they are not responding to the multiple email inquiries for a return and I am still working with my credit card company on the dispute. I have four items that do not fit and a company who cares nothing about addressing the issue.
What a headache... if you want quality you can count on. Order US Made Products. Pay a little more and save yourself the headaches!
Clothes does not look like picture. They don't send receipt with package. Did not return my email for me to return clothes. Very cheap fabric
