My boyfriend bought me a moonstone ring for my birthday. It was around £80 at the time. Having had the piece for only 2 months It came away from the band and snapped! For £80 this is terrible. When we contacted customer support they refused to do anything as they only offer a 1 month guarantee. They offered us a small discount for a new ring. Should we really have to spend over £100 for the sake of another poorly made product?

My boyfriend bought me a moonmagic ring for valentinesday (14 feb). I couldn't be happier. About 1 month later one stone fell out of the ring. We e-mailed the company because it broke really fast after wearing it. Their response was that we could buy the same one for half of the price. That meant that we would pay in total 150 euros for one ring. I thought, how about the warranty? Well, the warranty lasted for a month after buying it, and because my boyfriend received it a bit earlier than valentinesday we didn't have the warranty anymore. But, what the hell, one month warranty after purchase?!?! That's not how you treat customers after they paid you 100 euros for a product. I'm from the Netherlands, and if you deliver a product of bad quality here, the seller should find a solution, money back or a new product. They didn't even offer a refund. Ridiculous! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, don't do it, it is a waste of your money.

I ordered a Harlow rose quartz ring. It was delivered with 2-3 chips in the band. The quality of these products are very very poor. Worse than costume jewelry. Please read all reviews on BBB before you order and just stay away from this company. They are very dishonest and delete all bad reviews from social media sites.
Customer service was initially very attentive. I decided on a full return and refund due to the poor quality of the product. I paid to have the ring shipped back with a promise of a refund. After numerous emails with customer service (Nena) I have still not recieved my promised refund.

The ring is beautiful, the reason behind 2 stars... the customer service is ridiculous. I received my ring with a lovely crack in the stone. So I emailed customer service immediately, no response. I have emailed them a second time and no response. Email is the only way to contact the company.

I am so disappointed with this ring. It's sad that you can't trust reviews on websites any longer. The only reason I purchase this was because there was a photo review and it looked the same, however what I received looked like a cheap knockoff of what was advertised.
Where are the facets on the rings surrounding the moonstones on what I received? It basically just looks like a silver ring with silver filigree surrounding the stones instead of actual gemstones at it looks cheap and tacky.
Not happy one bit. Total bait and switch! Especially now that I realized their approved comments are only positive ones.

First of all, I had about a million questions that I directed to their facebook messenger. I got responses back very quickly and they were all extremely helpful. Shipping came very reasonably even during the global pandemic. And WOW! This is the most beautiful ring set I've ever seen. Beautifully made, amazing customer service, outstanding price. I cannot recommend this company enough!

The ring is gorgeous. Only bad thing is I've been wearing it for less than 24 hours and my finger is green. For the price my finger shouldn't be green!

We are very glad to see that you like your ring. I am really sorry to hear your ring has caused a green discoloration, I know how frustrating this can be. However, it is, unfortunately, a common complaint caused by the copper present in all sterling silver jewelry. This can be especially common in hot, humid climates as moisture in the air or skin can make the copper react in this way. I recommend using a silver cloth to regularly polish your ring as this will really help.

7 days and 27 emails later and nothing is resolved and they have terrible communication with multiple typos. I've never been so frustrated with a customer service rep before. Offers me 50% off for a new ring in my price range of $100 and it can't be anything on sale. EVERYTHING IN MY PRICE RANGE WAS ON SALE! Then I brought this up to them and she told me I could use it on sale items THEN I send her a ring I liked THEN she tells me she messed up and you CAN'T

Moon Magic has exceeded my expectations in all ways! I ordered the Moon Shell Necklace in Silver, Flora Necklace in Gold then the Gloss Necklace in Rose gold (fell in love with these products as soon as I saw them). When I received my oder, I noticed that there was a slight defect, so I emailed customer service right away - I explained my problem and provided pictures. They were super quick to respond and their customer service was exceptional! I had the pleasure of talking to Marijana, who was very friendly and understanding. Within moments of our emails, she rectified my order. I received my package and I am MORE than happy with my products! It is refreshing to speak to a company that values their customers. :) P.s. I think it is super great that they plant 1 tree for each piece of jewelry sold (good to know my purchase made a difference) :)

This company was horrible to work with. They refused from the beginning to apply the discount code I was emailed. Their rings were VERY poor quality, so I returned them. When I returned them they said I kept one and wouldn't give me the full refund. It's an absolute SCAM! Do not do business with this company!

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
