While this site has processing and shipping time for paperback & hard back books listed & they say on their "About Us" web page that you can find best selling hardcover paperback and e-books -- NONE OF THIS IS TRUE!
If you make a purchase you will be told to read the last line of the "Shipping Policy" that states that by ordering you are accepting their shipping policy.
Kiss your money good-bye & consider it the cost of not checking out a website before ordering.

The link from Google shopping said "Hardcover, Free shipping". Nowhere does the site say its a digital book, so I presumed Google shopping was accurate. NOPE! I got a downloadable book. Not what I wanted. I asked for a refund since it was their fault. Reached out 3x, offering more and more specificity, including screenshots of the discrepancy. Only form emails back, denying my refund

This site is a SCAM! They are PURPOSEFULLY MISLEADING to STEAL from unsuspecting VICTIMS giving an ebook, which is POOR QUALITY, instead of a hard copy. BUYER BEWARE!
THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

I paid for a book. Entered my address for shipping. They offered free shipping. Never received book. I then contacted them. Moonbokers said they sent me then book... via email. I have no emails from Moonbokers. None. More important I paid for a book. Not a eBook. The website and book description says nothing about eBooks. This website is a scam.

I ordered a book through this company on 1/28/22 and have yet to receive it! After trying in vain to contact them with no success, I have now read the reviews on this company and they are all bad! They all say they were under the impression that they were receiving an actual book but to find out is is an audio book. They have my money and I have no product. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was under the impression I would be receiving a book but instead I received an email with a download to read the book. AND the download expired within a few months. Do not buy!

Agree with all negative reviews. Only confirmed book was a PDF download after purchase. No way was I going to download a file from an "unknown" source. Fortunately purchased through PayPal and had charge reversed after submitting a complaint.

Been waiting for my book in the mail. I guess I been waiting on a $#*!ing pdf. You should be ashamed

They are thefts, no where in their website they mention that the books are digital copies, they even ask for your shipping address for God's sake. And when you reach out to them they say this is our policy, we would not refund you. I am going to process my dispute through my credit card.

I Quickly Found out after I purchased the popular book: The Dawn Of Everything, by David Graeber and David Wengrow, on the Moonbokers website that I was subjected to well planned fraud. I only wish that I had done further research before having submitted my credit card because I should have known that, 'Something to good to be true, as the old adage goes...' The Moonbokers site advertises the book for an unbelievably low price of $10. No where in the order process on the misleading pages that follow asking for shipping information and even confirming that they offer free shipping, does the company mention that you are paying for a supposed digital download rather than a hard copy as you are misled to believe! After stupidly paying, however, at least I refused to download the book in an effort to give the company a chance to do the right thing- in the faint hope that in fact I had not just been scammed. Although I pointed out that I had not downloaded the book, however, the company still refused in a politely worded email that they have a no refund policy.

No where on the website did it say it was a download book. I immediately asked to cancel and they refused. I hate that I did not research the company before the purchase.

My experience is the SAME as most of the reviews. Nowhere on the site did they say it was a PDF. NOWHERE. I thought I was ordering a BOOK.
I'm going to investigate and make a complaint to the appropriate Attorney General.

Ordered and paid for a book that I've not received! Called customer service phone number and it's been disconnected!

Please note, you are not buying a book (even though they make it seems as so)... you are buying a download. Don't make a mistake, you will be stuck with it no matter what because all sales are final (whether incorrect due to FALSE ADVERTISEMENT or not)! This company SUCKS! If I could give less than 1 start, I would!

Horrible costumer service. If I could choose 0 stars I would. Doesn't even clearly state the books are PDFs. Just happened to stumble upon their website looking for a cheaper option for a paper/hardback book. After my purchase they sent me an email with a pdf attachment and only then is when I realized I made an awful mistake. $8 for a pdf?! That's ridiculous, can't even read it the fonts so small. What a waste. Never again.

You may be looking to find a used book. You find it online for a price of an obviously listed ebook and a hardcover edition. You see moonbokers advertise a hardcover with a price in between and you go for it, only to find out it's a download.
