I would not recommend them to anyone on June 3rd they closed my account and it had $346 in it and here it is June 18th still don't have my money it hasn't been refunded like this thing just seem to claim cuz I have emailed them a hundred times even emailing the bank over in London and barely very minimum responses all the responses I received were mainly we're going to pass you on to someone else but and this is my Social Security money that I put in their Bank and I haven't gotten I haven't had any money and I've stressed that to them it's like they don't even care so I would not recommend them to no one.
It's not long from being June 19th and I still haven't gotten my money $346 that was in that account when they closed it.
June 18th and I still haven't received my my money.
Great communication, easy to use service.
Called back when they say they would! Would highly recommend.
The best travel card out there.
Easy to use on the mobile ap and while travelling.
Great service! Love this company
It was good until I realised the issues when it came to dealing with customer's service. Sometimes you got a pro but most of the time you could tell the staff was inexperienced. Like I said, good until an issue came up. There are other, and in my experience, better choices out there
They blocked my account for 4 weeks regardless of my situation, how I would survive, how I would need to pay the rent,... Be careful from this organization. I'm not the only one who got these issues.
I joined Monzo after doing some research to find the best way of spending money abroad. My old bank would charge me extra fees for using my card, using ATMs and then even give me their own exchange rate which was far poorer than the actual one from Visa/Mastercard. Monzo is a far better alternative as they don't charge these fees and give you the actual exchange rate i. E. the one you find on Google.
The app feels very slick and user friendly, which makes it easy to keep an eye on and manage the money you have coming in and going out. I've actually now started using it as my main bank and way of spending in the UK too. The customer service has also been excellent, I received a quick and helpful response after contacting them first with a question.
It was also a nice bonus to get a free £5 put into my account for signing up first using a friend's referral link. If you're thinking of joining, feel free to use mine and you'll get it too.

I get Monzo by a recommendation of a friend (golden ticket, yup i jump the queue!) and i so happy, the card is on Neon, they do not charge you on international usage! (lloyds my bank charge me about a dollar for transaction, plus more stuff) and also the app are rocks give you easy to manage your money and understand on real time the value and also some overdraft (is just similar to any bank the rate) The only down i think is the fact that dosnt have a telephone to reach support, or easy support, But as per second card to use abroad for avoid pay bank fees, works awesome! The bad think is probably if you have any issue, that is just "good luck with that" Support are extremely slow, (my issue get a reply after 3 weeks!) I will recommend but be aware, never as primary account! Is still good luck if you have any issue.
