Since the beginning everything was smooth and easy they're time response is fast and they're very helpful with all of my questions and requirements everything came out better than I'd expect. Shipping was faster than I thought but I've choose the faster one by the way.

The team was great at answering all my questions and making accommodations when needed. Would definitely use them again!

All in all the process of getting my design was quick. The response time and attention to detail for instructions was also great. I sent in a mock up of how I'd like the custom decals placed on the fairings and provided my logo as well. I received updates on the process with images to ensure everything was according to plan.

Ordered a custom fairings was a little skeptical about the site but ive done some research and i pulled the trigger on buying from them, customer service was phenomenal, they updated me with what i wanted and how i wanted my fairings to look like. The shipping was also on time and packaging was A1.

My bike was previously owned and was pretty banged up so I went to monster fairings to buy a new set. Monster fairings customer service was so great and fast at answering my questions my new fairings came in an about a month (way faster than I thought it would). I put them on and they looked amazing! I had them for a good while but ended up laying down my bike recently and the fairings held up great! They protected my bike and took the majority of the hit. So not only did they look amazing but they held up great and protected my bike from any major damage. I am now currently looking into some new fairings from Monster Fairings because they did such an awesome job last time. You guys will not regret getting these fairings I promise you!

This company is great, I had ordered fairings from another company and they never responded fast, things didn't workout so I had gotten a partial refund, when I saw monster fairings and that they could make custom fairings I decided to give them a shot and I am so glad I did. There customer service was amazing and even after I had gotten the fairings they reached out to make sure everything was good. The fairings look great and fit well on the bike. Wish I would have went with them from the start.

Everything came packed! Really well,and no damage! Parts fit up really well! Have been to three local car and bike show and have one trophy at each of them! They worked with me on the design change, that I wanted to,do am my kit. Am most likely going to buy another kit from them so I can change it to either of the colors for the shows! I would recommend them for any of your fairings. I even cracked two pieces, and there going to make two more for me!

About a year about I ordered a set of fairings and customer service was great with answering questions I had a quick with responses too. And once done I got pictures of finished product before it shipped. Recently I dropped my bike and emailed them on getting a replacing piece and once again they helped me out with no issues and got the invoice over to me quickly and put the piece in production right away!

From the beginning when I first placed the fairings kit order for my zx10r, to the end, Monster fairings staff has been nothing short of amazing. They kept me updated, and sent me pictures of the fairings once they were finished to check if it was what I had wanted. I emailed Monster Fairings about a month ago looking to get a new set of fairings for my 2016 Yamaha R1 since I had crashed at the track with my oem ones. I just want to say they were such an easy company to work, they responded immediately to my email and even worked with me on custom fairings. The fitment was overall fairly easy to put on but since I had a crashed bike I had to adjust in some places on the side fairings.The paint quality was absolutely amazing couldn't have been happier with the way it came out! Overall I would definitely recommend Monster Fairings over any other brand!

I purchased my fairings from Monster Fairings back in April and although they took a few weeks to receive (which was all expected-multiple notices) I couldn't be any happier! I was kept informed and when I reached out there was no delay in responses! All the pieces came at the same time with no damage and mounted up with no issues! I would definitely recommend them and will use again when the time is necessary! (Ignore rear- I have the cover and it matches-black)

I ordered my fairings around 2-3 months ago, every step of the way the customer service was very helpful! Anytime I'd email regarding the fairings they go out of their way and let me know where they were or what was going on! The best part is before they ship the fairings they email you pictures of them for your confirmation on the design or look of your fairings and at that stage you can have them change what you see wrong if wrong at all. I love the quality of the fairings and it came with as close to OEM fitment you can get!
