These products are made in China and take appx. 2 months to ship so figure 2 1/2 months to receive. They have no customer service, one lady answers emails with always the same response, Item will ship soon, be patient. No returns or exchanges. Sorry'. So basically once you place your order there is no turning back. The quality is poor. Fabric is very stretchy and has a satin look which is not appealing on, especially men. It pics easily. Inside is a thin white flannel. Zipper on MENS is a woman's zipper so it is backwards. There is a thin hoodie but it does not have a drawstring. If I could give this a 0 star I would have!

I PURCHASED AN ITEM AND I SENT THE EMAIL TO PAYPAL AND MONKSTARS AND NO ONE ANSWER, I ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND IM STILL WAITING ON AN ANSWER. ITS ALSO SAD THAT PAYPAL WHEN YOU CALL THEM, ITS CLOSED TOO.

The disappointment continues

After being told that perhaps I did not read Monkstar's sizing guide before ordering my grandson's dinosaur hoodie, I was asked to provide proof of the size received. I included a scanned image of my original order, showing I ordered a 3T in size, along with scanned pictures of the size of the hoodie received, following their explicit instructions on where to hold the measuring tape). I also sent a scanned image of their ordering site information, which showed I did in fact receive what would be their 2T, along with a scanned picture of the M size on the actual hoodie. I was told they would look into it, and that was 11 days ago. I have sent a follow-up request for a status and, surprise of surprises, have received no responses.

Disappointing, to say the least

I ordered a dinosaur hoodie for my grandson on December 17th and it finally showed up on January 18th. I had contacted Monkstar and they did tell me they were running behind in production because of Christmas but that I would get my order. Unfortunately, I ordered a kid's 3T in size and got a medium which does not come close to fitting. When I went on their site to request a refund or replacement, the web site said the order was over 7 days old so there was nothing they would do. In all fairness, I find the quality of the product to be very good, which just makes it even more disappointing that my grandson won't be able to enjoy it. $32.99 wasted.

I order two shirts and never received them for over two months. They are hideous! I wouldn't let my dog wear them! Contacted customer service which is a JOKE! They refuse ANY returns or refunds and refuse to give me a return shipping address! The quality of the materials is NOTHING like they say and the colors are horrible! They will NOT allow post of customer reviews on their facebook page - and for VERY good reason as they would be out of business if they did! I am praying that you won't make the same mistake I did by ordering from them! HORRIBLE people to deal with! NEVER again!

There is absolutely NO WAY to do a refund/return with this company. You only have 7 days from your order date to request a return but, get this, they don't ship your item for 2 weeks so that you can never catch the return window. Then they ship from China. I ordered Nov 23 (Black Friday) for a Christmas gift. They shipped Dec 7 and the package was lost. It never arrived for Christmas. On Dec 30 I called Visa to dispute the charge. I also contacted Monkstars to tell them the package was lost and I had filed the dispute with Visa because the items were no longer needed/required. The fools at Monkstars shipped another package on Dec 31st after I told them I didn't need/want the items and I had already filed my dispute. Their second package finally did arrive Jan 20 and I called Visa. They said keep it. It's an unsolicited gift. I offered to ship it back to Monkstars if they'd send me the shipping fees but they kept arguing with me and offering me only 20% off the cost. What?

Long story short - this is a company of fools and idiots. Don't give them your money.

I purchased 2 hoodies from them on September 21st, 2018. It is now November 13th and I have received ONE of the two hoodies I purchased. I have e-mailing them for months now trying to figure out what has been going on with my order and they just give me excuse after excuse about it. Their website says if you do not receive your order within 45 days you can get a full refund. I have asked for a refund everyday for the past week now and they refuse to give me one. I live in the United States and they ship from China. Nowhere on their website does it tell you this. They just keep giving me excuses and will not remedy the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are scam artists.
