My debit card of $250 had a zero balance first time I tried to use it. I spend hours on the phone trying to talk to a human but never happened. Liars and cheaters. AVOID THEM!

Half time it don't log on when money shows paid out it take 2-3 days to show up. Then 2-3 business days to transfer out. I definitely would not use this account by choice

Literally a scam.

1092.2 was deposited through work to there work pay card 2 weeks ago and the card was requested 4 weeks ago and they refuse to send me my card or my money. And when you ask for a manger they put you on the same 45-50 minute hold to get back with a regular customer rep PEOPLE BE WARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They also lied and told me they would expedite it and send it through fedex and to call back within 48 hrs for a tracking number and when i called back it was never actually sent out and that was it.

This company is scum I am a hard working American and I had 55 dollars and I only spent 33.21 dollars yet somehow my account is in negative the employees were lying straight to me saying I had no money which how the hell are you gonna lie to me about ME not having money it's MY account which I can also check so the employees are just modern day scumbag your better off just getting your pay or any money in cash that you can pocket cause these digital banks sucks and don't care about their customers only themselves and not only that they put the wrong email on my account meaning they don't even care about my account being properly secured

STEALING YOUR MONEY!

I was recently told that I was only allowed to pull out 600$ per day even though my rent is more than that and recently have been dealing with my card being declined trying to pull out money when I have more than enough money in my account to withdrawal from. And each time I was declined for trying to take MY money out I was charged a fee... STOP GIVING THEM YOUR SERVICE! THEY DON CARE ABOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM!

We are on 3different phones with nobody answering any phone lines for more than an hour so far they say 24hours a day 7days a week they claim they are helping other customers but it should not take over an hour to assist other customers they just want to collect a paycheck without working for it they are the third party for Walmart associates if I ran my business like this I would be out of business in a day after finally answering the phone they claim they could not hear us on 1phone and hung up on us

I recently had a dispute over my eip card being stolen from my mailbox by my ex and she spent it all. I reported it the day I realized that it had been stolen and they said they would do an investigation I told them who took it and what she spent it on (gambling). They told me it would be 45 days up told them I was broke and it didnt matter to them I had to wait. I waited and waited but my Bill's did not. I lost my home and moved into my pickup on or about the 45th day of the investigation I got a deposit for 80 dollars I thought this isnt 600 dollars so I called again they said it will be a week. A week went by and i received a paper CV in the mail stating the case was closed and i dont get anymore money back. I told them who did it and what she dod with it and they still denied me my money. I think I've been ripped off and screwed at the same time this is no way to conduct business I hope that they have a collapseimmn their bank and lose all their assets. They need to feel like I do

I had the same card for 5 years. Recently my stimulus check money was stolen off my card. It was used overseas for papa John's, PlayStation and tips to, I guess, someone's family member and friends. I immediately called money network to dispute the charges and they said I had to wait for paperwork. The paperwork didn't even come yet and they denied me getting my money back. It was over $700. I was in tears. I disputed and appealed the claim numerous time and they denied them all. After doing some research I realized that this same scenario is happening over and over again to other consumers. So it hit me that the actual phone operators and employees of money network are stealing our money. This card is a huge scam. The company if profiting from stealing from us. It's funny that before my money was stolen I barely had $100 on the card and no one touched it and As soon as my payment hit, my money was stolen overseas that fast and when I call them to dispute the charges, some foreign or overseas person answers. Everyone don't give up because the truth will eventually come out that money network is stealing our money from America and funneling it into foreign countries for their families and friends. One day they will get caught. They are giving out our card numbers and information. There will eventually be a class action suit against them, mark my words. Also I still haven't got my money back and I have only $6 in my account. I wonder if they are going to steal that...

Closed my account. Out May 3rd, still waiting on a large check to be mailed. It's now June 7th. They claim they can't open my closed account. Because I can't tell em how much my gas purchase was, date of purchase & location on April 1st.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CARD! An ATM ate my perfectly good card with $1700 on it, saying fraud alert. They should be illegal & should NOT have the privilege of handling Americans money!

Money network issues

It's not so much the people in the office itself, it's the company that I'm having problems, I call and ask why can't I use my money on where I want to spend and they flat out tell me that it's Microsoft's problem and they are frauds, try to spend my money on two other subscriptions that I pay for and get declined saying "insufficient funds even though that's how I get paid nightly, so what is money network actually trying to say that you can only spend your money at locations with key pad entry, if not your screwed if you try to pay your bills online?

Card is not up to date

So you cannot pull money out of an atm
You can pay for gas@ the pump
There is no chip on this card
We're in a digital world this card is useless
And very inconvenient
And I believe the company does this on purpose so they can charge you a fee to do a money transfer and then after paying for the transfer you have to wait for 1-3 days for that transfer to be complete and then they make you set up a password on there app " which is useless " why do you need a password because you always have to get verified after you put your password in!
It's ridiculous

They made me run all around town harrass a hotel owner make him type out some long drawn out letter claiming it would get me my money back in 48 hours, then i was giving a fake fax number then told that it would STILL take up to 31 days to get my money back even if i faxed the letter they asked for...

Prepaid cards were sent to many California tax payers that were subject to fraud, and they knew it.Of course I was one hit with fraud. I got to use it once for a $15. Dinner. The rest of my $350. Ca. Middle Class stimulus refund was stolen by fraud. After jumping through endless hoops an hour & 1/2 to reach an operator, a recorded message hung up on me. They make you creep thru a long menu by hitting #s on phone keypad to advance to certain situations one may have. Such as reporting fraud. Most times after choosing a relating number to specific situations on the keypad. Only to find on the next menu duplicated options most times having nothing to do with what one is trying resolve. Making it a waste of my valuable time. Living in California we pay the highest prices mandated by the state especially on fuel. Even though we produce fuel in the state. They can have there measly $350. Which is only about 3 & 1/2 tanks of gas for a small aged truck. Gee thanks. I only hope CA. Recieved a huge discount by agreeing to a contract with money network. It's a joke. I don't know how it even got established. An 18yr old could do a better job creating a prepaid debit card company. Once again, thanks California! Way to go as cheaply as you could while making us think you might care to help us out with a rebate of 3 full tanks of gas for paying what it costs to live In California.

I transferred money to my other bank account in the amount of $840, its been 7 days and still hasn't shown up in my account, I call them just to be hung up on repeatedly and lied to. They say they are based out of America however there voices say different turns out they are out of somewhere in Asia! I haven't gotten any responses from any supervisors and I was told that I couldn't be transferred to a supervisor and was hung up on. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting them with my entire paycheck I'm a single mother trying to take care of 4 kids by my self and on top of calling them repeatedly everyday I'm still trying to work which dealing with money network takes me away from job that feeds my kids! This company should be ashamed of themselves I'm filing a complaint against them with the better business burro hopefully they can help me I'm just sick over losing my pay check this is insane! That company needs shut down asap they are con artists and if the stars were in the negative that's where they should stand!

My kid worked all summer and when he went to use his card that he's had from previous employment with BSA - he was denied. Call Money Network and they tell him he has to FAX them his social security card and birth certificate. Wait. Hold up. They already have his social security number because that's how they looked up his account. Plus, they do not have any secure upload features on their site. When I got on the phone on my son's behalf the customer service representative started backpedaling and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up. I called back and I wanted to know if my son could get a check instead of using this useless card that they can't fix unless he send sensitive documents on an unsecured network to God knows where - and I was told the card would be canceled and he would receive a check in the mail. He still has not received his money. They are literally screwing over a 15 year old kid, and Boy Scouts of America should not be using this horrifying service that obviously no one seems to favor.
