Money Network brand is garbage.
October 12, 2023

Right off the bat I want to tell everyone who reads my review about Money Network card payment system that I have an extreme disgust for this POS company even though the overseas call center employees are usually quite professionalo once the caller is connected.

Their system asks for the card numbers, and/or SSN and pin number before being allowed to talk to customer support.

Plus their system sends a phone verification code which you have to acknowledge beforehand.

I have been through absolute hell with this pathetic company in the past and even now as of October 12 and 13th 2023.

Here's what this A****** of a company has done to anger me greatly.

First off my original Money network debit card/pay card/temporary employment card is embossed with my name on it and DOES NOT EXPIRE until September 2025.

Has 14 cents on it since June 23rd,2023.

I tried up to 12 times via smartphone keypad to put in the 16 card digits, my birthdate via dumbass MN voice prompts and the six digits of my SSN to verify myself at least a dozen times.
Their system kept telling me my account couldn't be found.

As of October 13th the next day I was issued yet another MN debit card without my name on it.

This time today I tried up to 10 times to register this new card via smartphone keypad and the POS MN computer system constantly keep rejecting a perfectly valid debit card that came from MN itself.

Finally on the 10th attempt the money network system acknowledged the new card so I could use it to access my money to buy and sell.
Why did it not verify me properly on the first try instead of choosing to game me multiple times?

One more thing. I tried to use my same username and password with the second MN debit card. Wouldn't work.

Their system first of all rejected my former, newer card(They deleted my account it seems within five months of 2023.)that I used many times previously than even rejected my setting up a new username and password credentials on the unnamed replacement card I got today.

Various combinations of usernames I kept creating and typing were constantly being rejected and their database kept telling all of those usernames were taken. Yeah right!

In the end I was unable to finish the online MN app account setup process.

The only way I can check my balance with them is by calling their automated phone system, put six digits of my SSN in by typing on the keypad, give my birthdate and four digit pin number and finally I am given the remaining balance over the phone.

Hope this horrible company is sued and destroyed through lawsuits.

Put this company out of business.

The computer systems annoying to deal with.
Basically it's a complete idiot that should be infested with a virus the way I see it.

It's useless.

If this is the best AI can do it's pretty stupid.

I do not like Money Network brand at all.

They are pure crap.

End of review.

Customer Dispute is a total joke.
October 28, 2022

I noticed charges on my account from a company called NDLCHARGE.COM for 24.95 I did not recognize who that company was so I called them up it's a shady website for starters as I'm online figuring who they are I'm looking on my transaction history and notice more charges and then more but I can only see 90 days back and so I'm start chatting with someone from the company and I told them I don't know who you are why am I being charged and they replied that I or someone who may have used my phone was directed fraudulently to their website by an affiliate of theirs to increase traffic to their site I'm sorry we can refund you 5 months worth of payments. Fine! So I call money network they ask if I want to file a fraud claim and I said yes of course. I told her the rep from NDLCHARGE said he will refund me 5 months back but I only can see 3 months back and she said that was all she could see. So we file a claim I wait wait then I get a letter of denial because get this TURNS OUT NDLCHARGE.COM was charging me since March I only knew or could see from June to October WTF! They denied my claim because I had previous dealings with them and did not report it! Then it was signed Attn Michelle a phone number and an extension number. I tried to call her up and I got this guy I could not understand and super loud background noise but what was worse is when I asked for the extension he laughed at me and said there is no direct line here hahaha. Is this place a joke. How can WALMART deal with these fraudsters don't they care about us living better? This company is refusing to give me any money back after NDLCHARGE.COM already admitted that It was a fraud and willing to give me 5 payments back what is another 3 payments I was unaware of that gives them the right to keep my hard earned money! I give no $#*!s and no stars to moneynetwork fraudsters. Com

Tip for consumers:

Do not trust Moneynetwork they will keep your money and please Lookout for NDLCHARGE.COM they use fraudulently means to get you to their site and charge you for nothing month after month it's a scam and these two have to be in on it.

$#*! money network bro
December 26, 2020

IF I COULD GIVE ZEROOO STARS I $#*!ING WOULD!
READ THIS NOW! TRUST ME!

I'm gonna be 100% brutally honest here. $#*! Money Network. I got scammed for 89.99$ 11/13/2020 on a FAKE WEBSITE trying to surprise my fiance for Christmas during a "so called" black friday sale on this website. I HAVE STILL YET TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Apparently the "merchant" provided "compelling evidence" to prove their case "which included my name and address" so they denied my dispute 12/7/2020, via a notice in the mail.
I reopened it via phone call, 12/16/2020, when they sent me the denial form in the mail, as soon as I received it in the mail. It is now 12/27/2020 AND I'VE HEARD NOTHING FROM MONEY NETWORK ABOUT MY CASE. I've sent MORE THAN PLENTY screenshots to prove that I was scammed and when I emailed the evidence I got the automated email stating any email sent to Money Network that is over 10MB in size, will automatically be denied because it's too big to read on their side, which I received on every email I sent to them, but I CANT EVEN TELL HOW BIG THE EMAILS ARE BEFORE I SEND THEM. SO I TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE THIS WHEN I REOPENED THE CASE AFTER THE DENIAL FORM I RECEIVED. SO I HAD A REPRESENTATIVE TELL ME, ON 12/16/2020, TO RESEND THE EMAIL, IN MULTIPLE PARTS!, TO ENSURE THEY RECEIVED MY EXPLANATION. So a few hours after the call on 12/16/2020, I resent the emails in 3 separate parts, INDICATING PARTS 1 THROUGH 3, and have not heard ANYTHING about the dispute since. I even tried to RESEND THE EMAIL AGAIN, A THIRD TIME, SEPARATELY AGAIN!, About a day or two later, cause I had not heard anything (which equals about 7 or 8 emails in total) AND NOTHING! I am trying to give the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays, so I am expecting a delay for a response for the case anyways. BUT. The Money Network website states CLEARLY that any investigation over 10 business days will have the amount questioned automatically credited to the account! And nothing has been deposited to my account! Why can't I find ONE debit card company that SUPPORTS their people! I just wanna be appreciated! I've had no problems with Money Network until now! If you need more details about this bull$#*! or have any concerns or curiosity or even any questions about my situation, FEEL FREE TO ASK I WILL BE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP YOU! EMAIL ME *******@gmail.com

Don't have access to my own money.
August 30, 2020

If there was a rating of no stars there will be no stars given. During they covid-19 pandemic I have made a surprising discovery upon paying bills that my card suddenly stop working. Which I do find confusing because my card doesn't expire until next year 2021 so I gave the company a call and I was told that my job had placed a hold on my card due to my address not being updated. However if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure that's illegal because my job shouldn't have a say whether or not to place a hold on my money. Therefore Money Network should not have placed that hold on my card. However this company has me jumping through hoops trying to get access to my own money. I have called to ask them to close my account because they told me they lift the hold on the card after I sent them a hospital bill with my name and address on it. However they wanted a utility bill I had let them know that because I live with roommates I could not send them that utility bill because it is not in my name. So instead I sent them a hospital bill and my Pennsylvania Unemployment that had both my name and the address on it. I sent them everything that they have requested down to my they ID and my mail proof of address and yes everything did match yet they still had a problem with lifting the hold on my account. So now my option is to close the account and I was told by a supervisor from this company "Alex." That now I had to email them a request to close my account. I now have to email them a request to close my account let that sinkin. I've been going back and forth with them for about 2 weeks. They let me know by closing my account they can mail me a check with my money on it which is $1873. 82 yes this is a lot of money for this company to be playing games with. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service this company has given me because while I am still waiting another three days to see if they even got my email for this request still no changes has been made not even an email stating that they have received my request to close the account. And they're doing this in the middle of a pandemic where people are struggling to pay their bills. Me being one of them. And I really hope somebody from their social media Department sees this review so I can talk to somebody higher in management. Because this is just wrong.
