If there was a rating of no stars there will be no stars given. During they covid-19 pandemic I have made a surprising discovery upon paying bills that my card suddenly stop working. Which I do find confusing because my card doesn't expire until next year 2021 so I gave the company a call and I was told that my job had placed a hold on my card due to my address not being updated. However if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure that's illegal because my job shouldn't have a say whether or not to place a hold on my money. Therefore Money Network should not have placed that hold on my card. However this company has me jumping through hoops trying to get access to my own money. I have called to ask them to close my account because they told me they lift the hold on the card after I sent them a hospital bill with my name and address on it. However they wanted a utility bill I had let them know that because I live with roommates I could not send them that utility bill because it is not in my name. So instead I sent them a hospital bill and my Pennsylvania Unemployment that had both my name and the address on it. I sent them everything that they have requested down to my they ID and my mail proof of address and yes everything did match yet they still had a problem with lifting the hold on my account. So now my option is to close the account and I was told by a supervisor from this company "Alex." That now I had to email them a request to close my account. I now have to email them a request to close my account let that sinkin. I've been going back and forth with them for about 2 weeks. They let me know by closing my account they can mail me a check with my money on it which is $1873. 82 yes this is a lot of money for this company to be playing games with. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service this company has given me because while I am still waiting another three days to see if they even got my email for this request still no changes has been made not even an email stating that they have received my request to close the account. And they're doing this in the middle of a pandemic where people are struggling to pay their bills. Me being one of them. And I really hope somebody from their social media Department sees this review so I can talk to somebody higher in management. Because this is just wrong.
