You may find some good reviews, but thats what a good business should have (not to mention they could be fake). Now when you see bad reviews, that should be all you need to see. I have had the worst experience purchasing from Moliesa. The order was over a month ago and no product was ever sent, no emails notifying me of this, nor was a refund issued. Complete fraud and zero customer service. Anything they say in chat/email support is likely a lie. They are simply a website that seeks to steal your credit card information and profit off people placing orders and not following up on them. Save yourself the time and headache, and pay a few dollars elsewhere to get your product.

I do not think this is a legit establishment. My order was cancelled within 24 hours with no explanation. I think its a scam designed to obtain personal information and credit card numbers. I would not recommend purchasing from this site and think the positive reviews are part of the scam.

My money was refunded soon after purchase. This is a scam to get you card info.
If you purchased from them, I would call and change your card info ASAP.

I do not think this is legit. Ordered 1 product twice - waited for a long time to receive it, but nothing. When contacted customer service, it's either "payment didn't go through" or "item is backordered", but nobody actually bothered to inform me about that before, just left me waiting. I am worried now that they have my payment info...

Quick shipping and very responsive support! I was in contact multiples times about questions I had or changes in my delivery address and he had great response time and was super helpful with everything that I needed. You're in great hands! They provided excellent communication and updates about my order and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Customer service and response times were perfect. Had an issue with a misplaced delivery not reaching couriers. They replaced the item and resent to me. Would recommend.

I recently ordered a product from Moliesa.com. The company is allegedly owned by Molera LLC (https://moliesa.com/contact/) which is owned by William Hochman out of Plantation, FL.

Instead of being billed by Molera LLC, I was billed by a company called Barry Lazarus, Inc out of Richmond, VA. None of the phone numbers for Lazarus or Molera work. The product was apparently cancelled by the seller.

I would suggest that you consider avoiding this company, as it appears to be a fraudulent site, likely designed to steal credit card numbers.

I don't understand all those 5 stars reviews about customer service responding always promptly, every time I call their number *******860 they never pick up, NEVER (?).

I have purchased before and everything was great in the past so I ordered beauty items for my friend and I am expecting them to be as good as other products that I have ordered.

No product or reply in over 2 weeks, site appears nonexistent. I've sent 2 emails since I placed the order and website no longer comes up
