First of all MoissaniteCo. Is the best company for shopping. The best selection ever! Customer service is amazing, if you have any issues...their on it to fix the problem! I personally will not shop anywhere but here. I own several pieces and when l wear them...compliments every single time! This is the best thing they ever dug up from mother earth! Great Customer service! I Missed the delivery of my wife's wedding band 2 days before our wedding and they didn't hesitate to do everything in their power for me to be able to pick it up from UPS down to calling my UPS location and dealing with them on the situation. I was able to pick it up later that same evening!

We were a little worried about purchasing this kind of item online, especially since we don't know anyone with a moissanite stone and didn't really know what to expect. Other than deciding which style to choose, every step of our purchase was MoissaniteCo was straightforward and simple. Our item was ready in the timeframe given, shipped quickly, and we have had no problems with it. The quality of the stone and setting is excellent. I wish I could say a little more, but to be honest I don't own much jewelry like this so have little to compare it to. However I would recommend this company and will definitely be back in the future if we are looking for similar items.

Very beautiful ring but the FB that was received showed a strong yellowish tinge despite the upgrade. It is a beautiful gem nonetheless,and I thank moissanite Co for the speedy delivery. However size wise it was at least 3 sizes too big despite using an online size converter. However it was quickly fixed by a local trusted jeweler. Love it, highly recommended and looking forward to more purchases in the future!
Easy shopping, fast checkout. Update: Now that I received my princess cut stud earrings and tennis bracelet I have to say I'm crazy in love with them! They are perfect and the stones are gorgeous. They're real sparklers and this is coming from someone who can spot a CZ a mile away. I compare them side by side with my own 1 ct diamond and they sparkle at all angles just like a diamond. I got the Forever One earrings they're similar to about.75 carat diamond. Perfect size for everyday. The tennis bracelet is Moissanite Co and is gorgeous. Will definitely be shopping again with Moissanite Co.
I contacted the company directly to have an engagement ring custom made. As a wedding photographer I see so many rings in a year that I was having a very hard time finding anything that was unique and more so something only I had locally. Chris worked with me to create the most stunning 2.2 pink moissanite ring. I get so many compliments on my ring, it's definitly a conversation piece! Will definitly be buying from them again.

My most recent purchase was a forever one hearts and arrows ring. I really love it. The forever one stone is so white with no hint of green or yellow yet it has awesome brilliance and fire. I know I will be back to purchase more in the future.
This is my third purchase between February and May. All three items have been more than I could have asked for.

Everyone I spoke with at moissaniteco was so kind and responsive to my many questions when deciding a ring and I appreciate that. It's awesome how many options they have and that they can really work with you on designing the perfect ring. I got a wedding set and both the engagement ring and band are absolutely beautiful. Wow pictures barely do them justice. I'm really impressed with the moissanite stone in general also, man does it sparkle and shine!
After watching many reviews and going through endless threads, we opted for a 1.5 cr. Forever Brilliant Moissanite stone. My wife is very happy, but for me, the stone left much to be desired.
Light doesn't seem to flow through mine as it does others, the sparkle is minimal and underwhelming at best. While the clarity is Flawless, the cut grade was terrible, and unfortunately the latter is what gives a stone its sparkle. The wife is left with a large stone that doesn't attract any attention, which she doesn't mind too much.
We stuck with it as we had very little time to mount it on a custom designed solitaire.
I wont ask for a replacement, but depending on the response I get from Moissanite, I'll decide if its worth it to buy more in the future.
We loved the engagement ring and can't wait to get the matching band!

I can't believe I didn't come here first - there are people selling these Moissanite earrings online, but you can't trust the quality - then I found this site. Why not go to the source - the prices are better, more settings choices!
My wife loves her ring and the customer service department was very accomidating when i could not figure out how to purchase the matching band after my initial purchase. They sent me an email with a link directly to the product page.
I originally contacted m.com to see an example of a particular ring. The customer service representative actually sent me dozens of photos of the ring molds from the factory. Very helpful.
The wedding band I chose is sturdy and beautiful; the stones look no different than the real diamonds on my engagement ring, but I can feel a lot better about wearing guaranteed conflict-free gems!
I am very satisfied with my shopping experience. My wife loves the ring! I reached out several times with questions. Craig and Elizabeth with customer service were excellent! Without a showroom to visit, though, it would be helpful if pictures of different stone sizes/shapes were available on the website when customizing a ring.
