From start to finish the whole service was fantastic and we are thrilled with my ring! Chris was fantastic at answering my questions quickly and honestly, without making us feel pressured into buying anything. He even emailed me to tell me when they had new stock in of the H&A stones - fantastic service! Shipping to the UK was unbelievably quick and well packaged. It was great to be able to track the package, and it arrived earlier than estimated. The ring itself is beautiful and so well made. I specifically asked for delicate prongs and Chris emailed me to confirm they had received my request - and the result is more beautiful than I ever imagined! Now we've got the loyalty points we will definitely consider ordering our wedding rings from MoissaniteCo. Even the cost of shipping & customs isn't enough to put us off re-ordering because the total purchase price is so much more affordable than if we ordered from the UK.

Every experience I've had with MoissaniteCo has been a positive one. The prices were great, the rings were beautiful. A small stone fell out of my engagement band, and I sent it back in for repair. Received my ring and I am simply in love. Have been able to wear it for a month now, no problems whatsoever. I work and bathe in it, and it still has that awesome fire. I loved all the different options I could choose and the excellent presentation using 360 degree previews. I would have liked to see examples on an actual human model just to get an idea for size however.

I am writing this review over one year from date of purchase to give an accurate review of not only ordering the ring but also having my wife wear it for over a year now. In short, the ring is gorgeous and has held up wonderfully to all the travel and wear it has been thorough. I have recommended Moissanite.Co to several of my friends for both gifts and engagements.
It was easy, pictures were readily available. There were some problems with the order but customer service quickly fixed the issue. The ring is beautiful and I have received several compliments on it.
It was very easy to place my order. Also, Chris from email support and Elizabeth from chat were both very helpful in assisting me with ordering what I needed.
I added notes that this was a gift and to please ship it in an inconspicuous package. They did follow my request, and my girlfriend had no idea what it was.

Not bad, still worried about seeing the final product. Didn't like there was not customer service phone number to cal for reassurance. Ring seemed good, only time will tell, as I have heard about hues changing in the stones, will continue to monitor, But my fiancee loves it so far. But my notes and simple requests I made to sure to explain at length were not addressed until I messaged after getting the product and the timeline was too close for comfort of my event, but they did correct it in time.
My husband purchased a solitaire moissanite ring with a matching band for me to celebrate the birth of my daughter. I told him that I wanted a ring that I could wear everyday and not have to worry about getting it dirty or scratched. I've had it for 3 months now, and it still looks brand new!
Chris was very helpful in answering questions and putting together what I wanted. The only negative feedback I have is that there is no phone number and the email conversations sometimes took a more than desirable amount of time. Despite that, I am Very happy with the process and ring but more importantly, she loves the ring.

I shopped around for my wedding band but came back to moissanite co because the price was the best around, even before I got a discount for being a returning customer. I could not be happier, I love showing my rings to everyone and no one can believe how beautiful they are. I'm very very happy with them!
They always make shopping so easy and I have purchased a lot of Moissanite and this site truly does have competitive pricing on the jewelry and loose stones. I love the brilliance of the Canary yellow cushion cut stone and when I received it, it was everything I was hoping for! But despite proper care measures the stone has turned color from yellow to dirty white and it is embarrassing and disappointing. I would have appreciated if they would have been willing to replace it because unfortunately I did not receive what I purchased. If I knew the color was going to drastically fade in a few months I clearly would have made a different decision regarding my purchase.
The ring is absolutely beautiful. I was very nervous at first since I didn't get to see it in person before buying it, but all those worries went away once it arrived. It is very well made and looks like a real diamond. Everyone I show it to thinks it is "real". I highly recommend this company!
