The wedding band didn't fit with the engagement ring. It was purchased in a set. Even though the company said to return both rings to have them fix it, it wasn't enough time to the wedding. We ended up taking the rings to a local jeweler and had them customize to make the rings fit together.

Returning customer. I am very impressed of the with MoissaniteCo. One of the best experience(Chris from customer service) is I like a set but with Forever One diamond which the option is not available. Customer service provided a special link so it gives you that option. Very happy with my first purchase. Now getting Earrings for my wife, for her birthday.

I received my eng804-F1 ring in rose gold on time. Inspected it. I compared it to equal quality of diamond rings, the moissanite especially set in rose gold has so much life to it. I'm keeping it. Love it.

My ring arrived missing the milgrain on the setting, I sent it back and they added it. It was annoying to pay return shipping and to wait an extra ten days, also the lack of a phone number to call did not inspire confidence. They rectified the issue and mailed it back and I am happy with it now, even though it should have arrived in this condition in the first place.

I have asked a lot of questions of customer service and they have been very helpful.
