Purchasing was easy and the product arrived in the specified time. I loved how sparkly they were and the noticeable quality. The earrings are beautiful! They were purchased as a 21st Birthday Present from my dad.

After having one of my side gems fall out, I contacted customer service and they were great about replacing my ring right away. They sent the shipping label and within 1 week or so I had my ring back. I can't believe how efficient and nice they were about it.

The pictures don't reflect what some products look like. Be sure to read the carat weight and research what they will look like once made. But the quality appears good.

Was simple.

The product shipped from NV to NJ in about 1 day but then sat at FedEx warehouse in NJ for 3 days. Annoying but maybe out of your control.
