This is the worst company I've ever dealt with I Purchased their bundle at a discount it did nothing but dry my hair out and make it break.
I did not want the second shipment. I wanted to return it and they will not allow me because they contract forces you to at least get two shipments. I told him that I'm not happy with the product. It's drying out my hair and I want to return it, and they refuse to let me return it they billed my account again.
If this product did anything that it says it's supposed to do I would have no problem keeping it. But it doesn't my hair brittle and breakage and when I contact Samantha from this company. All she ever did was responded in several emails telling me how they will not accept my return even though I never even opened the box because they have to at least get two months of billing out of a person when they offer it at a special price… this company does not care about your hair. All cares about is your money and the products do not deliver long luxurious hair like they advertise.
I don't recommend ordering from here!
I used Monat before Moerie which made my hair grow loads but I wanted to try this for thickness. I have had a lot of comments on my hair and colour lately and I haven't had it done since few months now so I had to say it is definitely Moerie that is helping my hair!
My delicate, thin hair became silky, lustrous, and tangle-free as a result. Anyone with problematic hair should definitely try this product, in my opinion.

I've been using their growth set plus the fulvic minerals that you have to take orally for a little over a month and do see new growth coming in. I am impressed so far!
I've been using this product for around 1.5 years and my hair is no longer falling out. My hair feels so much better, it has grown fuller and healthier.
At first I was sceptic as I normally do not trust these but trying out the spray and shampoo I must say my hair seem to be very happy. Will definetely continue the use.

I have really thin and flat hair and I've always wanted to have bouncy curls, and even if I curl them they get straight and flat in few hours. I've been using Moerie for 3mo and I really like it cuz it made my hair to have more volume and I have many new baby hair.

I am using the shampoo, mask and conditioner and they are very good. Not a miracle, but good. My hair is less frizzy, it is soft and shiny. There is definitely new growth starting too!
As someone who has been using all products for 2 months, I can tell you that these products made my hair the most manageable it has ever been in my entire life. Highly recommend it.
Not even sure if this is a real company - don't waste your money. I'm still waiting months later for the product I paid for or the refund I was promised. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was so looking forward to using this shampoo and other products as my hair has been falling out for the last few years. First time use was not a very good result after blow dry, my hair laid in all these weird and unattractive ways. I thought well, give it time. I kept using the supplement and product. Finally I decided it isn't worth it because my hair was actually getting dried out and the blow outs were not improving the finished look. I called to speak with them, no answer. I wrote to them no answer. Third time, they said I could not return it until I used it for 60 days. I think I could make one bottle last for 60 days, but the kicker here is, people can lie and say they tried using it for 60 days because they do not have to return the unused product. However, you MUST use all parts of their system, so you will be purchasing at least another bottle of the supplement. On top of that, jst calling or writing for this information does not prompt them to take you off of their list if you signed up for the auto ship. I received ANOTHER shipment and do not want to continue with this product because it dries out my hair. No comments from the rep as to why that is happening! I have returned the shipment and writing to let everyone know how stupid the "guarantee" is and they refuse to refund you any money even though it dries out some people's hair and they do not require returned product for the guarantee!
