The first time I took this product I had bad headaches all over the top of my head from it. Then I read the ingredients: Corn syrup; sugar; beef gelatin (non organic); lactic acid; citric acid; pectin; artificial flavors and colors; FDC Yellow #5; FDC Blue #1; Red #40; vegetable oil; and canuba wax. Gee I wonder why I was getting headaches?! This is some of the nastiest stuff a person could eat. Don't! Just DON'T! You also have to pay return shipping fees, and of course customer service is outsourced from the US..

I was so looking forward to using this shampoo and other products as my hair has been falling out for the last few years. First time use was not a very good result after blow dry, my hair laid in all these weird and unattractive ways. I thought well, give it time. I kept using the supplement and product. Finally I decided it isn't worth it because my hair was actually getting dried out and the blow outs were not improving the finished look. I called to speak with them, no answer. I wrote to them no answer. Third time, they said I could not return it until I used it for 60 days. I think I could make one bottle last for 60 days, but the kicker here is, people can lie and say they tried using it for 60 days because they do not have to return the unused product. However, you MUST use all parts of their system, so you will be purchasing at least another bottle of the supplement. On top of that, jst calling or writing for this information does not prompt them to take you off of their list if you signed up for the auto ship. I received ANOTHER shipment and do not want to continue with this product because it dries out my hair. No comments from the rep as to why that is happening! I have returned the shipment and writing to let everyone know how stupid the "guarantee" is and they refuse to refund you any money even though it dries out some people's hair and they do not require returned product for the guarantee!

I love Lucky Vitamin because they have so many products to choose from and they provide excellent customer service. In addition, they refund your purchase if not satisfied for any reason, even opened products for 90 days. Cannot beat that!
