The sizes run extremely small. When trying to return, it takes forever to finally get through. I returned my items, $82 worth, seven weeks ago and still haven't seen the refund. They have no phone number to call. You press the live chat and all that is is answers to commonly asked questions. I can't even say terrible customer service because there is no customer service! Give your $$ to a panhandler. It will get better use!

LOVE! This dress surpassed all my expectations. It's super comfy and looks great! Can be dressed up or down. I had so many compliments when wearing it, I decided to buy another in a different color. :) I purchased both the pinkish purple and black. I'm 5'2" and 115lbs and a size small fit perfectly. The material is soft and not see-through though it was white. I liked that there were button 'covers' along the front. I felt it added a ladylike touch. The sleeves are also very feminine looking and have subtle petal layers instead of the standard single-layer puff sleeve. I liked the shirt alot! Will likely order another one soon.
I have waited about a month to review this dress. I did this because I didn't want to just judge it based on how beautiful it was when it arrived. I wanted to wear it, wash it, see how it held up. I will say I originally purchased the red/black dress in small, but I felt like it was too tight (my build is 32a-25-36). I ultimately kept it in medium although that felt too loose. After washing it on cold/delicate and purposely drying it on low to shrink it a bit (just that first wash, every other time I hang it to dry to keep it's shape) I found it fit a lot better. It is truly gorgeous! I only wish it was about a few inches shorter, but then again I'm only 5'3" so every dress feels too long haha

I ordered and they took my money over 3 weeks ago. I have submitted 2 tickets, in which nobody has replied. Order says latest date for delivery would be today, 8-11-17. Still not here, tracking number doesn't tell you anything... Pretty certain I got ripped off too.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
