Terrible terrible to ship back with tracking number as requested was $64 dollars the cost of two unwearable bathing suits... you definitely get what you paid for
I love the purchases that Ive made. The quality of the clothing is great. It does however tend to run small so you might want to order one size larger. Launders well too.

Ordered about $300 in casual loose fitting clothes. I went by the sizing charts. My bust is 43", XXL was generally shown as fitting 44" bust so I ordered all XXL. Took forever to ship- after waiting a couple weeks I went to the site and found a button that said "urge shipment". I pressed it and my package shows up a couple weeks later. Everything I tried on was much too small, and the fabrics with little to no stretch. They were obviously not made for a 44" bust. I contacted them and they gave me a return ticket number and a promise to refund 60% of my $300. I took the package to the postal shop and found shipment to China is AT LEAST $150 for my package. So I went back to Modlily customer service and tell them they should send me a return shipping label because their sizes are so defective. They want pictures of the clothing measurements. I send pictures and prove that the clothing is made at about 36" to 40". Nowhere near fitting a 44" bust loosely! After going to all that trouble they respond asking if I will take some compensation, and keep the clothes and I can try to resell them. I don't have time to resell clothes! I've again asked them to make it right- still waiting for a response. I would keep the clothes if they fit. They are cheap- but I sort of expected them to be, based on the pricing. But I also expected their sizing charts to be true. They would have a lot fewer problems if they just fixed their sizing charts. I don't know why they won't do that.
Why does everything come from CHINA now? I found the cutest bathing suit, but after ordering from online places in the past, I read the reviews first. Thank God, apparently this company is crap too!
Everything fit perfect and the style and colors were so nice. Dealing with ModLily was easy and they were always so prompt and so professional.
The last reveiw I read was dissapointed they had not recieved there order in over 2 weeks. My order has been 1 month and still no order and no way to track. My order should be FREE.

I have ordered a ( 1) swim suit from this website and it took about 3-4 weeks considering it came from CHINA i do like the swimsuit so when it came to ordering clothes I figured I was happy with the swim suit and would try tops I ordered 3 and was willing to wait NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY! The tops were good quality & fabric but the size of each was different and NONE of them fit and I ordered one size larger i tried to start the return process and you can only do it through email I did get answers and they said it would be cheaper to give me 20% credit because it would cost too much to mail back to China not full credit and told me to keep the tops and try to sell them. DONT BUY FROM HERE!

It has been a good experience so far. I do have an item to exchange so I will see how that goes.They do say there's no charge for returning but the label cost you $9.99. So yes you do pay.
I wouldn't even give it the one star... TERRIBLE. DON'T ORDER. Save your time, save your money, save your SANITY. I ordered 2 items on November 12. GUESS WHAT...? I STILL DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS. People on here that complained it took 40 days to get their items - consider yourself LUCKY. The "customer service" is a JOKE. You can only submit a 'ticket' and wait days for responses. Even then, no credible info about your order - the tracking - the status of the order.
I've been given FOUR different stories about the "status" of my order.
Finally, today --- they refunded my money. I did make the order through Paypal, so maybe that worked in my favor to get the refund?

I give up. I wanted these items for Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then New Years, was still thinking I might get them for Valentine's. NEVER AGAIN. Taking my refund and doing good ol' fashioned SHOPPING.

They don't accept returns. Took me a number of emails to even get their address. Then they only offered a 60% refund!? Just awful do not buy from them. If I could give them a rating of zero I would.

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

LOVE this dress! I usually wear a large or XL, depending on style/material, but I took a chance and ordered the 14plus after reading the reviews. Dress fits PERFECTLY, even the arms, and I have very large upper arms. I wear a 40DD bra, and I have comfortable room in this dress. I'm just less than 5'3"", and the dress comes to my knee.
Length and fabric is extremely comfortable to wear. It makes me look like I have a tiny waist. Neckline is much more modest than picture, but can be opened like that if you wish. VERY IMPRESSED!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
